I probably wouldn’t go here again. I was just in there for over half an hour and not once did anyone acknowledge my existence or offer any help. I did have to ask someone a question behind the desk, but it seems as if no one was there to help, offer guidance or give any suggestions. I’ll take my thousands of dollars for outfitting my home somewhere else I reckon.

If your looking for a place with a huge selection, and knowledgeable people...then the light palace is it. It's not like the big box stores where hopefully you can find someone in another department if you have questions. They have every kind of light you can think of, from very modern (my favorite) for traditional and everything in-between. They sell more than just lights....this place is really worth checking out.

My husband and I are building a new home and were having issues finding anything we liked at the places we were told to go visit. We happened to be out in the area of The Light Palace and just stopped in. No appointment or anything and we were greeted by Joe Pavon once we came in. let me just say it was by far the best experience and best customer service we have received with any of the retailers we have been working with on all items for our new home. Joe was so accommodating and helped us with each area of our home. He spent well over an hour with us never frustrated with our questions, and never left us for other potential walk in clients. He has been the main contact for us from beginning to end. Products arrived timely as promised, even when there were delays with a few items Joe completely kept us in the loop and continuously checked with the factories/manufactures to get us our product prior to needing our items. I highly recommend Joe with The Light Palace. You will not be disappointed!!!

We went in for something we saw on their website but they were not in stock. However, we did find something similar in style and price in stock.Lights are very nice and when paired w some color Hue bulbs - stunning!
