The gate entry was always a hassle compared to other facilities... The mandatory extra charge for insurance is bogus as your homeowners policy automatically covers your contents in a storage facility... I moved out and left a message on their voicemail with exactly 10 days left on my contract on a day when they were supposed to be open... But because they didn't return my call until the next day, they said I didn't meet the 10 day notice per the contract... They purposely took advantage of the situation and billed me for an additional month... Be carefull of this company!!

Called to enquire about a unit and was told " call back Monday I don't have time for that" and hung up on me.. obviously doesn't want business. Needed a unit for 3yrs so would have been guaranteed money in their pocket.

Today once again I'm locked out at the gate this is about the third time this is happening to me now and every time my bill has been paid I look on their website it shows on paid till the 21st which is over a week from now but yet again I'm locked out again I put my tools in there that I use to work and make money and it prevents me from making money once again there's no one ever around to answer the phone and be helpful literally never if you have something that you're going to store that you're going to need access to don't use these guys because you won't have access to it a lot of times this is tying my hands with work now and it's really beginning to anger me that no one answers the phone around this place you don't believe me check on it yourself and see guarantee you can't find nobody to answer

The pricing is alright, my main gripe is the rows between the units are too narrow. It is really tricky to navigate large vehicles especially ones with a trailer through this place.

So easy to rent the perfect size space. Was happy with the speedy contact email and when I had difficulty opening my door my call was answered quickly and problem was solved. Not my first time and won't be my last. Thanks for awesome service

Picked up a uhaul here. Easy as could be. But the hardest part was actually getting there since the address is a little misleading.
