The prices have gone up so much in the last year. I practically stopped shopping there. Even on their big half price sales days. I went today t-shirts 10 dollars. Coats 25-45 dollars. Goodwill is starting to seem like a better deal.

When I think of a thrift store, I think of somewhere that doesn't have price tags on anything over $5. I literally get brand new clothing off the clearance rack at Walmart for under $5 so why would I want to buy something that's been worn by someone else for more? Whoever owns these stores must've gotten greedy. I checked online today and saw some ratty and stained Carhartt coats listed as "vintage" that really aren't vintage as is easily recognizable by the tag selling for $59.99 and even one for $79.99. the higher priced one may have actually been vintage but I'm sorry, you can't sell vintage clothing that's in poor condition for mint or even fair condition. Huge difference. If the cuffs of the sleeves are coming unraveled and there's stains of any kind, it might be, at best, in useable condition. If there's a gigantic rip across the front, it's in poor condition. If there isn't an easily recognizable date code on the tag, it's definitely no where near vintage. If you have a Carhartt coat with a tag that says Union made on it, that's definitely worth a pretty penny but only if it's in mint or at least, good condition. I was in disbelief.

This is the grossest thrift store I’ve ever been to. It was dirty, and they will put literally anything out for sale. For instance, there was a styrofoam ball with some sort of plastic decorative shell that was half peeled off with a $1.98 price tag. Looked at the back of a canvas print and it was disgusting on the back. I didn’t even bother to look through the clothes. Clean your store.

This used to be my favorite thrift store in Omaha. It has really changed. Dirty and unorganized the last few Months. I was shopping there at least 2x a week, but no longer my go to thrift.

Hit or miss sometimes, but can definitely find some good stuff from time to time. Reward points add up and coupled with their daily discounts help out.

I help people downsize their homes and donate here often. I have also shopped here from time to time. I appreciate the organization of this store. I love that the sale of the week does not just apply to clothing, but everything in the store.
Special shout out to Gary. He is always helpful and happy and makes the donation process a very pleasant experience.

Sometimes has great finds. Hardly ever has friendly employees! 3/23 There was a line down one of the aisles of clothing for check out and the other employee behind the counter decided doing hangers was more important than helping check out the paying customers! Finally another person came to the rescue. The lady check out was actually so friendly and she kept apologizing and thanking us for our patience. All the stars go to her, that's why I gave 4!
Also shame on you Thrift World, old used ragdey pair of UGGS for over $40!?

Loved that the racks up front have all the items on sale. Made it so much less overwhelming to look for items, at other stores I’ve just given up and leave because it’s too much to have to search the whole store, I ended up spending triple the amount of money I normally would even think about spending. The store itself was so organized I was quite surprised. The cashier was great but I didn’t get her name, she was very friendly and patient as I had so much in my cart. I appreciated her making conversation and being so personable. She let me know there would be an upcoming sale on the 19th and I will definitely be there after such a great experience.

i used to like this place.... until now... they did try to clean up the store and make it look nicer - but the prices are outrageous i laugh every time i go to look at the tags like hmm lemme guess it's gonna be 20$ ohhhh i was right wow. i've seen name brand items that have HOLES in them selling for 15$ i could get a non holed up item with the same brand - in stores on discount for 20$ you guys need to stop pricing up things - do you think people will buy these things, no. they will be on your racks for a while until you price it down. also the customer service has had a decline too. too many of the workers i've seen wonder around on their phones and/or being rude and having snarky voices to other customers around. as well as talking about customers while they are still in the store. there was one incident i saw where some employees said they didn't have time to get something for someone to move a heavy item they had so they did it themselves. they said they were busy and that they didn't have the item - when the item was up in the front right in front of them. also there was barely any one in the store. probably won't come back here EVER again it's just a terrible store now.

I don't live too far away from this location and enjoy going when I have the chance. They must've had a big turnover with staff because all of the people that I have dealt with are very kind, unlike previous reviews state. I have also noticed that they are willing to haggle a bit and bring down the price if you see a noticeable issue with an item. You just gotta ask (ie. stain, rip/tear, etc.)! I really appreciate that part because it really helps to eliminate waste, especially from clothing if they can be fixed. I find this particular store to have fairly organized sections, especially the clothing and linens. They could work on larger pieces and furniture, which are just kind of haphazardly placed in the rear of the store. The cleanliness of the store is pretty good compared to many local thrift stores, and they have recently done some remodeling that has helped to open up the space. One of my critiques would have to be that I feel most items are on average $1 over-priced across the board (just my personal opinion). For instance, a pair of lone, unmatched toddler pajama pants were $3.98 when I was looking yesterday. Seems a little steep given you can get a brand-new complete set for $9 or $10 at Old Navy or Carter's.

pricing is WAY out of hand!!! you have so many clothing items that you cannot sort through anything! because you want $10 for a used hoodie? no one will buy at that price, so you will always have stuffed shelves and racks!!! your household items are twice or three times more than Goodwill, and even with your 50% off days, there is still too much to sort through!! Christmas items for $24? Tupperware (not the brand) for $5?? even a towel or scarf is more than what you pay at a store, brand new! Old Navy clearance, Maurice's clearance, TJ Maxx... all lower prices than a for-profit thrift store?? I will not donate my items, ever! you will price it higher than what I paid, for it new!!
