Loved that the racks up front have all the items on sale. Made it so much less overwhelming to look for items, at other stores I’ve just given up and leave because it’s too much to have to search the whole store, I ended up spending triple the amount of money I normally would even think about spending. The store itself was so organized I was quite surprised. The cashier was great but I didn’t get her name, she was very friendly and patient as I had so much in my cart. I appreciated her making conversation and being so personable. She let me know there would be an upcoming sale on the 19th and I will definitely be there after such a great experience.

i used to like this place.... until now... they did try to clean up the store and make it look nicer - but the prices are outrageous i laugh every time i go to look at the tags like hmm lemme guess it's gonna be 20$ ohhhh i was right wow. i've seen name brand items that have HOLES in them selling for 15$ i could get a non holed up item with the same brand - in stores on discount for 20$ you guys need to stop pricing up things - do you think people will buy these things, no. they will be on your racks for a while until you price it down. also the customer service has had a decline too. too many of the workers i've seen wonder around on their phones and/or being rude and having snarky voices to other customers around. as well as talking about customers while they are still in the store. there was one incident i saw where some employees said they didn't have time to get something for someone to move a heavy item they had so they did it themselves. they said they were busy and that they didn't have the item - when the item was up in the front right in front of them. also there was barely any one in the store. probably won't come back here EVER again it's just a terrible store now.

I don't live too far away from this location and enjoy going when I have the chance. They must've had a big turnover with staff because all of the people that I have dealt with are very kind, unlike previous reviews state. I have also noticed that they are willing to haggle a bit and bring down the price if you see a noticeable issue with an item. You just gotta ask (ie. stain, rip/tear, etc.)! I really appreciate that part because it really helps to eliminate waste, especially from clothing if they can be fixed. I find this particular store to have fairly organized sections, especially the clothing and linens. They could work on larger pieces and furniture, which are just kind of haphazardly placed in the rear of the store. The cleanliness of the store is pretty good compared to many local thrift stores, and they have recently done some remodeling that has helped to open up the space. One of my critiques would have to be that I feel most items are on average $1 over-priced across the board (just my personal opinion). For instance, a pair of lone, unmatched toddler pajama pants were $3.98 when I was looking yesterday. Seems a little steep given you can get a brand-new complete set for $9 or $10 at Old Navy or Carter's.

pricing is WAY out of hand!!! you have so many clothing items that you cannot sort through anything! because you want $10 for a used hoodie? no one will buy at that price, so you will always have stuffed shelves and racks!!! your household items are twice or three times more than Goodwill, and even with your 50% off days, there is still too much to sort through!! Christmas items for $24? Tupperware (not the brand) for $5?? even a towel or scarf is more than what you pay at a store, brand new! Old Navy clearance, Maurice's clearance, TJ Maxx... all lower prices than a for-profit thrift store?? I will not donate my items, ever! you will price it higher than what I paid, for it new!!

We were in the area and decided to stop by. This place is in the a shopping center. It's big and they had a lot of things. It's organized for the most part. The prices are reasonable not the cheapest but reasonable. We found a few things and didn't spend too much. You have to take your time to look for what you're looking for. Overall okay experience.

I love going to thriftworld, always find really great deals and the employees are always so nice. Gerre made my day today with how friendly and happy she was. I also love that they are giving back to the community.

Much improved from a year or so ago. Prices are inconsistent at times but overall a good place to shop.

Amending my review as it was from 4 years ago and this location is much improved. This location has changed a lot for the better and is by far the neatest and most orderly of all the locations. Staff and management makes all the difference. Retail locations like Walmart, Ross and others are nowhere near this organized or have a good staff. Also there is a very nice rewards program and the pricing is reasonable. Unlike Goodwill and Salvation Army the prices reflect that the items are donations and that this is a “thrift store”.

Especially my favorite Gerre, she’s always got a smile on her face. She always lets us know about the amazing deals going on and she is just such an amazing person! Love this place !!

They have a good assortment of items, and different size clothing. I feel like the prices were fair on the items I purchased, and if I lived nearby I would sign up for their rewards program. The employees I talked to were very friendly.

Thriff World on N 90th St is great. They always have great deals and good finds. Angela assisted me today and was very kind. She advised of an upcoming sale and was helpful. I go to this store almost every week and will keep doing so. Don't change a thing!
