It's a liquor/beer/wine store with a bar. Some of the staff was extremely helpful. Some of the staff was not.
I got some great tips on local spirits that I ended up purchasing.

Would not recommend this place. Stopped in celebrating a birthday on December 30th around 8:30pm. The bartender who served us had said he was a manager of some kind but he couldn’t care less that we were there. A water cup was knocked over and that seemed to be the final straw for him. We offered to mop it up but he insisted he would and mumbled how last call is 9:45 but they cut people off at 9.

A cozy version of the West location. It’s a great atmosphere with a great selection. The staff is knowledgeable and the bar prices are amazing - a pour of Eagle Rare 17 for $20. Count me in!

Holy selections Batman! I walked in not knowing what to expect and wow, they have quite the inventory. Even better, when I brought my bottle up to purchase the employee recommended a gift set that had my bottle plus some sample minis for the same price. Really appreciated the service!

Wine Beer and Spirits is a great place to drop in for a drink or or to shop for bottles of wine, whiskey, etc. They often have hard to find and unique whiskeys and they also hold 'Whiskey Wednesdays' where you can try different samples of whiskey for a small fee. It's a great place to find gifts for friends/loved ones - or for yourself!

They had a single employee manning both the register and the bar on a Friday night. Wanted to try a store pick that was clearly on display for tasting with half the bottle remaining, was told they don't have it available for tasting. Lincoln and West O locations are far better than this dump.

Great downtown location with lots of options staff is super friendly and helpful and they have a great indoor bar where they will cork wines for you.
