Front man was rude and seemed like he didn't want to have anything to do with me. I wanted to walk out but but needed my vehicle alignment done with it being the weekend and had pretty much no other choiceTook almost 2 hours on the rack.. I'll never be using this place again

Great service! Nick was very helpful. The best part of their service was when they helped someone who came in to fill their tires with air. The customer offered to do it themselves if they could just have the hose. And an employee immediately said it would be no problem for them to do it. That act of kindness was observed.

We had a flat tire with our rental car from Budget - Nick Childers arranged it so our car rental co, Budget, took care of the tire for us! Thank you Nick for such GREAT customer service!!

Extremely poor communication about the status of my vehicle/sourcing the parts needed to repair the vehicle. I don’t blame an auto shop for parts being delayed multiple times, but that should’ve been communicated to me. Twice when I called asking about the ETA for ignition coils, I asked the tech to get an ETA for me (since they initially responded they didn’t know when they’d receive them), and was told they’d call me back. I was plainly never called back.When I went to pick up my car post-repair, the total was >$500 more than the with-tax price I was quoted by Cameron a few days before. My expectation is that if something happened to change that price, for the work that I authorized, I would be contacted and the change would be explained to me. When I asked what specifically on the invoice had changed to make the repair go from ~$1400 to ~$1900, the tech at the desk flat out could not tell me. It seemed very weird that there was no record of the previous quote that I had gotten verbally from Cameron, twice (wouldn’t that have been drawn up in the same system?). He ended up taking $700 off the bill, also with no explanation of what was being “discounted” or why. The entire thing was very strange and felt weirdly predatory. There may have been an honest explanation for the additional cost, but I never got one, so it definitely left me wondering if they had just marked the cost up to take advantage of me and “discounted” it after I demanded specific answers from the invoice. I truly hope that’s not the case.I went to Tires Plus because I’ve had great service at the other locations, but this one was a bust.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Absolutely terrible. Came in Monday and they gave us a price for all 4 tires ans a rim along with an alignment fix all priced for 861.46. We scheduled for Tuesday at 11 and when we showed up they said after they started work they wouldnt let us take it from the lot until we spent another $500+ or $800+ on a rim even though their original price was for rim and 4 tires absolute scum. Also 95% positive while I was there they were scamming another person unfortunately elderly. Absolutely disgusting dont recommend. Also staff was extremely rude aswell and seems to be rude to at least 80% of customers due to other complaints.

I went in to get my car looked at as the service engine light came on. I asked if there was anything they could do to help me as it was a Sunday afternoon and they were one of the few places open. The guy working the counter was extremely rude, saying that there were no apparently no diagnostic technicians working because in his words: "The high rollers get the weekends off" and that I was out of my mind to think anyone in town could help me. I also mentioned I needed an oil change and he snobbishly questioned me on if I wanted him to check my oil. That's not what I asked. I walked out. I'll never be back. And for the record, Firestone was more than happy to diagnose my issue on a Sunday and get me back on the road. Go there instead!

I took my truck in to get an oil change, tire rotation, and alignment done.Cameron tried to give me my truck back when there was still some play in the steering. He said I could bring it back if I didn't like it. I told him that I would come back later when it was 100% complete.When i called back 5 1/2hrs later to check the status of my truck, Cameron gave me an attitude by saying "like I told you before, we have it up in the air, and should be done soon."I reminded him that I was there almost 6hrs prior, and my truck was in the parking lot and he tried giving it back when it wasn't done.To sum it up, I received poor customer service and was shocked to see that they were willing to return my truck incomplete.Services: Tires
