I love this TJ Maxx location. It is well kept and I’ve never had a disappointing experience until today. During checkout, after changing my mind about purchasing an item, the cashier who took it back rolled her eyes at me. I understand everyone has bad days and maybe that was an inconvenience for her. Regardless, I still felt the behavior was uncalled for. I hope this review helps improve customer service moving forward because I left the store feeling uncomfortable from that interaction and hope no future guests encounter the same thing.

They have great things, but I'm not waiting in that massive line. I wasn't the only one to turn around and walk out. Wasn't thought one massive line was a great idea was wrong.

I would be weary of shopping here. Someone very close to me was targeted had their wallet stolen by what I believe was organized crime. When the victim sought help from the store management they were adversarial and unhelpful. Refusing to call police or review security camera footage.

Always a new adventure going into Home Goods bc you never know what you will find. Today I found cat beds (shhh don't tell my cat but they're really dog beds) for $14.99 each. Took them home & washed them on delicate & dried on low. Came out perfectly & ready for Cuddles to snuggle up in. Bought 2 of them to place in different spots of the house. Made form 100% recycled materials.it was a good shopping trip. ?

Racist staff on the tj side especially Athina. I was at the store and also heard her yelling and getting in employees faces. The homegoods manager Kirsten is rude and the most incompetent person for a job I have ever met.
