They didn't have any regular jackets at all, which was the only thing I came in for. Seems odd since it is still very much jacket wearing weather.

Honestly did not like being ignored by the jewelry cashier when I was standing there for ten minutes while she kept repeatedly helping other people obliviously ignoring the fact I was staring at her. I dont think it should be my job to over talk them while they're taking to others just for their attention. Poor customer service do not want to return.

When is there to look around and buy some personal things with a gift card I received.
The store looked clean and I appreciate that. The staffing was kind of low I didn't see anybody out on the floors and two people cashiering.
I bought a small purse that was on sale got a couple bucks off from the price they had on it.
Once I got in my car and tried to fill it to see what I could fit inside it I saw that the locking mechanism on the front was broke.
I didn't have time to go back in the store I had somewhere else I needed to go so I figured I'd go another time.
I didn't appreciate the fact that they discounted an item because it was broke.
I tried to call the management and let him know and he was annoyed and just told me to come in with the receipt.
The cashier was very kind very nice very helpful I appreciated her very much top-notch. She's the only reason why I gave them two stars.

Ladies love TJ Maxx. It's alright. If you search hard enough you can find quality clothes, toys or shoes.

This place has really gotten expensive. The lines are always way too long. If I do find something, Im not willing to stand there in a 20 min line to wait. Also, their clothes seem less than mediocre than how they used to be on quality.

Great prices on everyday items. However, the majority of the time, everything is pretty picked through. I like to get my son's pants from here bc he wears holes in the knees so quickly. However, there were only two pairs of pants in the entire little boy's section. It's definitely disappointing! I will say they almost always have an awesome variety of purses. Every style, color, and price range out there, they have here. Plus, it's color coordinated, so it's easy to spot the color you want!
