Do not know what goes on here but seems to be a mess. I had scheduled and completed a sleep study at home. Brought device in the following day. Called my Doctor and them multiple times about results. They stated normally take about a week. After 27 days finally hear back from them. They stated that the results could not be read as the finger sensor showed it was on and off all night. The sensor in question was taped to my hand and when went to sleep was on and when woke up was on. They stated it was probably the machine's fault as some are old. Now a month later and need to retake test. Currently no faith in company.

Great experience! They gave me all the necessary info I needed and answered all of my questions. Jason, who helped me was very personable and nice. They also let me show up an hour early for my appointment which was nice! All in all I would definitely recommend them.

Working with Total Respiratory was such a great experience.Stephanie at the 118th Cir location was incredibly helpful, prompt, and professional throughout. She was amazing with my scheduling, paperwork, and my many questions.Wes at the Saddle Creek Rd location helped fit me with the perfect combo. He was knowledgeable, and helped me to understand the necessity of the CPAP machine. He even kept track of my progress online over the next several days, and followed up the visit with a phone call to see if I had any new questions or concerns.Great team!

Total Respiratory , Midtown (1307 Saddlecreek Rd.) is hands down, THE BEST Total Respiratory in Omaha. Wes & April are rockstars when it comes to CPAP. Wes is very very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain and ensure that you have the right equipment and that everything fits well. I've been to other locations and nobody has taken the time to explain things like Wes does. He even produced my printout and went through the numbers with me. When we talked about leakage he noticed I was using the wrong sized mask which was given me by another location. Not sure why but the Midtown location does not show up anywhere online? Do yourself a favor and make sure you see Wes & April. Just call and ask for April. They'll find her.:)

April and Wes have done a fabulous job in working with my insurance to get my CPAP machine. Wes is very knowledgeable and did a great job explaining what all of my results meant and how to use my machine. Great service.

Staff are sometimes super nice and friendly but most times pushy.they seem more after a sale.by the way most supplies you can get on Amazon cheaper than what they'll bill you and your insurance. They insisted on billing my primary insurance ok...but then not billing my secondary insurance after that.they insisted on me paying much more several hundred upfront rather thackeray engage in coordinating benefits then paying.that is not illegal but kind of in poor taste

I have been a client here since November of 2023. I have been treated kindly and respectfully. I originally came to get started on CPAP Therapy and had a rough start due to my mask being too large. I received a call from Wes who gave me a lot of useful information. He set things up so I was able to return the unopened masks for a smaller size. I walked in and the nice young ladies at the counter had them waiting. After 45 days or so, I started having extreme drowsiness during the day and then began waking up tired after using the CPAP for 7 to 8 hours. I was contacted and they had me come and switch machines for a Bi-Flow, which I'm hoping will make a difference. I've dealt with Lynette the 2 times I've gotten equipment and she has made sure I understand how everything works and what to expect. I understand starting and going through CPAP Therapy is a journey that's different for everyone. There is no one treatment that fits everybody's needs. Just because one system doesn't work properly please don't give up. Sleep Apnea is a complex and complicated issue. It takes time to figure out what may or may not work. I'm trusting them to provide the care, equipment and answers that I clearly need. They have come through and I'm very pleased with their service. Thank you.

When I first got my CPAP, they were great! Everyone was helpful and friendly. Got set up on a 10 month payment plan and good to go.Fast forward to today, they took out $500 from my account and their reasoning was suspect. They told me that due to my insurance changing, I would buy it outright. That wasn’t the agreement I signed when I picked up the machine. Now a week before Christmas, I’m down $500 instead of my usual $60 for a payment. This really soured my view of TR. At least I don’t have payments anymore, right?

To begin, i will say the Jennifer Carnell, is the one bright spot! She was beyond helpful and pleasant! The rest of this company was flat out embarrassing. I honestly don't believe I've ever experienced such a lack of honest, integrity, and communication from a healthcare company. They do not disclose the auto care items that they enroll you in. They do not communicate standards, requirements. Then when addressing these issues with their team, they were rude, uncaring, and not helpful. Overall i was double billed multiple times, and was never notified. They stated they could not provide a list of upcoming charges to be expected. Was shipped supplies i never ordered and then was not allowed to return these unused items. I requested several times for a change in the gear i was provided and never received a response. These folks are unprofessional and obviously do not care about their patients. I would recommend using absolutely ANY OTHER company you can find.
