They just finished building a locked package room but there are no signs anywhere on the property letting delivery drivers know it exists so packages are left EVERYWHERE on the property… outside the apartment buildings, in the hallways, at the lobby.
Even if the delivery drivers did know about it, they can’t access the package room because the entrance is key-locked.
Front office doesn’t even have an email address to address concerns to.
Super frustrating!

I haven’t moved in just yet but so far the experience has been incredible. Bryce in the office showed us around and was genuinely kind and helpful. He has been helping through the process and has been so accommodating since I first reached out. Other office members such as Becky have been really kind and personable as well and the person assisting with application (Lisa) has been very quick with the process. The location is beautiful, the units are well kept, and the amenities are the best I have seen in all of my apartment viewings since getting to Nebraska. I can’t wait to make it my home!

Lived at tranquility in a 3 bd for 15 years. Only reason I moved was needed to downsize. My experience living there was amazing. Lisa the manager is a true gem. She's professional yet caring and genuine. My concerns always addressed in a timely manner. The holiday parties that were held for residents during Xmas was such a nice and warm gesture. Definitely recommend this place..to top it all the apartments are so spacious!!

The place is kept pretty clean on the inside and out. The management is nice but not very helpful. We have had many problems at the apartment and they don’t seem to care to help. I have had multiple packages stolen from the inside of our apartment and they haven’t done anything to help me. When I email them about the problem they ignore me and when they finally do they just say sorry maybe take your packages somewhere else. I have no family in or near Omaha to help me with anything. We had problems with our upstairs neighbors dog making messes on our porch and the only reason they did anything is because I kept emailing them about it. They said maintenance would come and clean our balcony but no one has came yet. My car got broken into and when I called them about it they said they can’t do anything. “Call the police so they know something happened here but no one can do anything because we don’t know who did it.” They said to me on the phone. They have no cameras anywhere and for apartments to not have any type of security is scary. The sewer here sucks also. Our kitchen sink has water in it that wasn’t draining and the only reason maintenance came to fix it is when I called again saying it was about to overflow. Maintenance then had to call a plumber to fix it and the same thing happened the next day. This is our first apartment and we thought it would be good and safe but it’s not. When apartment searching, make sure to ask or look for some possible problems instead of having tunnel vision like we did. And just because there are locks on the outside doors doesn’t mean it’s safe on the inside.

As a Property Manager myself I am very impressed with Tranquility Pointe. I’m a new resident and my move in process was soo easy, the apartment is well kept in great condition, the property is in great shape, the common halls are always clean and smell great! Certainly not least, the office staff is phenomenal and responsive. I haven’t met everyone but the Manager Lisa & Leasing Agent gals Tara and (forgot the other gals name) have been very professionally.

The inside and outside are kept very clean. The lawn is beautiful. Very friendly staff, in the office and maintenance.

Very clean apartment. The people are very nice and everything is kept up pretty good. Only thing I think is insane is the fees. I had 2 very good cats here for 2 months and was charged 500$ for a pee fee and supposedly that is non refundable. On top of 35$ per car a month u pay in rent.
So we decided to downsize from a 2 bedroom to a one bedroom and we have to pay a reconditioning fee ( that is not a disclosed amount per lease agreement), of 500$ for just moving into another one of they're apartments. This money is for the apartment to be cleaned ( which they make us clean) and to supposedly be repainted when the apartment is completely spotless from when we moved in. No photos or anythinf. With another 200$ deposit for the room. Honestly it's becoming unreasonable to live here. Things happen in life where you need to downsize and I feel that has been completely disregarded. Other than that the place is okay for me.

This place is a dump. Very poor customer service from management. Lived here 3 years my garage and both vehicles have been stolen. STEALING HOT SPOT!!!!!

I've never lived here, but anyone who encourages animal cruelty is gross and deserves zero stars.. how about someone cut your fingers of at the knuckles?? ? I'll keep looking.. this blew my mind. please educate yourself on cat declawing

Spacious apartments, attractive clean grounds, and responsive maintenance. I've lived here more than a decade with modest rent increases each year...until Dec 2021 when my rent increased $100 a month and 2022 when my rent increased $300 a month. That's $400 in 13 months for a 30% increase. AND that's for a third floor apt in a building with no elevator. I can no longer afford to live here. Greedy management taking advantage of the housing shortage.

Management has been declining over the few years we lived here. They used to seem friendly, but now they don't even return your calls. My car was stolen from the parking lot and I reported this to the leasing office immediately. They never followed up with me or cleaned the shattered glass in the parking lot.Rent has also rocketed up 25+% in the last few months alone. The price point used to be a great feature of this place, now it's not worth the price. There are apartments with better location/amenities that don't cost as much.
