The oil change and tire rotation went well. The annoying part was some guy, who appeared to be the owner, sitting in the waiting area eating his jimmy John’s delivery and talking non-stop , sitting at the reception desk like it was a bar. Very unprofessional and made it uncomfortable to come in and check in for service.

If I could give negative stars, I would.
My daughter went to Tuffy because her car wouldn’t start. We assumed it was a battery issue (they installed it last year, and it was still under warranty). Instead, it took five guys to “test” it before declaring the alternator was bad and quoting around $2,000 for an alternator and rear brakes (which they diagnosed by glancing at the back drums, not even removing the tires).
The truth: those repairs wouldn’t have fixed the issue. After taking it to a trusted mechanic, we learned the alternator was fine and the real issue came from corrosion that was never cleaned properly when installing the battery last year. The rear brakes were also perfectly fine. What the car actually needed was the corrosion cleaned, front brake pads, and a new tire — meaning Tuffy’s so-called “repairs” would’ve left her still driving an unsafe vehicle.
In my opinion, they saw a young girl and used scare tactics and her lack of car knowledge to push unnecessary repairs. Luckily, I arrived before she agreed to anything and took it to a mechanic who actually cares about safety and customers.
Inflated prices. Unnecessary repairs. Dishonest service. Avoid this place like the plague.

The waiting area was clean, the employees though were having conversations amongst each other about things that really I would have preferred to have not have to overhear. I did not have earbuds. They did have charging cables to use which was nice. Unfortunately, they for some reason had put down my windows and when the oil change was over and I was done my passenger window would not go up. I had to stay another hour for them to get that up. However, it is not working properly now and it is not all the way up, so I have to figure out that issue.

I get my oil changes there. Appointments are easy to make on their website. I wait and I'm in and out quickly. The price is always reasonable. I use the emailed coupons. I would recommend them.

Worst experience ever ! I was charged $500 to pick up my Tahoe running the same way . Like crap!! To then be told that it was the lifters , I just had them replaced 🙄. Don’t waste your time going here !

The manager scheduled me for an oil change. The shop was about 3 quarters done with the service, and all of a sudden the manager told me everyone has to go to lunch at the same time. I had to wait an additional hour for them to finish their lunches before they could finish pouring oil back nto the engine and putting the tires back on quickly. An oil change and rotation is hour max being nice lol. I had a busy schedule that day and was very aggravating and huge inconvenience starring at a vehicle that should of been done already. You can't treat customers like this or you won't have any returning customers. At least not me ever again.

Do not trust these people
Did not fix the problem I brought it in for. Granted it needed a full brake job anyhow , the reason for coming in was not addressed. I was charged 200 more than agreed to. I got to pay for their bad diagnostics
The give us a call is all for show. I called. Was told I would get a call back in ten minutes and boom. Nothing.
