The trailer hitch guy was up front and honest that the holes had to be tapped out. He ISED to do that but had an issue that took him 5 hours to remedy.
And he said his millennial employee called him at 4AM (drunk) to say he wouldn’t be in because he was going to have the stomach flu.

The rental part is all good they had a truck there waiting for me however the area is horrible the I brought the vehicle back in broad daylight however they were closed at 5:00 I was told to leave it under the canopy but they had returned Vehicles all the way out to the street I then was approached by someone to give them the keys because they worked there but they were so intoxicated and drugged that I realized they did not work there but we're trying to steal the vehicle the area is very bad then was approached by another guy trying to force me to buy him tequila he already had his overnight bag in a returned pickup truck which was unlocked and was going to be his home for the night and before I was able to drop the keys in the Dropbox I was approached by another person to give them money very intimidating there is also a lady that returning a truck that was scared to death because these people approached everyone so I stayed with her until her Uber came however be aware this was in the daytime however they were fair and honest with the receipt

Conveniently located just north of downtown Omaha this U-Haul has it all. Rental trucks, moving equipment and supplies are all available. Special sales on hand cart and packing supplies made this a great deal! Service counter personnel were pleasant and did their best to assist. The facility itself is clean, organized, and has plenty of room for access. On site secured storage is also available so check it out next time you're planning to move or just need some boxes and packing material.

Drove clear accross town to pick up boxes and it’s advertised as open till 5pm, it’s 3:40pm and the doors are locked, there is a sign posted on the door saying they will be back at 3:30 and still no one is here… why advertise for hours that are false ? Such a waste of time

I was completely stressed out, trying to figure out how to move solo to another state. All my options seemed to be unavailable. But Kasha and Robert saved the day! They were both so helpful and they really cared about me. I literally almost cried because they were so genuinely compassionate to my situation. I am so glad I went to this U-Haul.
