This location was terrible. You walk in and there is no one to be found. You walk around calling out ... finally, a person comes out and he does not speak English. I was dropping off a trailer and he did nothing to help. This looked more like a part time auto body shop than a u haul location.

Had a reservation for 10am on a Saturday, showed up and no one was there. Phone number listed goes straight to voicemail. Called uHaul themselves and they were able to move my reservation.

I arrived to pick up the reserved truck and the location was closed and I never received a self-service code to unlock the truck.I was forced to go to a different location that was out of the way and required further miles to travel with the truck, resulting in wasted time and higher mileage fees.
