This location was awesome! I rented two uhauls this week, one from this location and another from 90th and Maple. This small but mighty office showed a vast difference in the two rental experiences. The manager at this location was kind, detailed, and thorough. She made the experience breezy, utilizing the information I provided on the online reservation request, printing out the agreement, highlighting important notes, and communicating what was expected of me. Thank you for making moving less stressful!

I had the BEST uhaul rep today that helped me hook up a small trailer. I wish I had gotten her name. Funny, kind and absolutely a positive start to our moving trip!!! Thank you mystery lady!!!!

I have rented a u-haul twice from here within the last two weeks. The first time, two weeks ago, I made a reservation on the phone with a gentleman who told me that I could pay cash at this location. Secondly, I asked the gentleman for furniture pads, due to the fact I was moving several mirrors. I arrived to the location to check in at the office. The girl at the front informed me that I couldn't pay cash, lucky I had my card.. She went over paperwork and gave me the keys. I didn't think to double check the truck for the furniture pads.. The furniture pads ended up not being in there. No big deal! Accidents happen so I just let it go. I now made a reservation two days ago for today. I made the reservation online so I was sure to press the thing I needed; a dolly. I go through the online process, I mark down that I only need a dolly and it says I have a reservation made, great! It then prompts me to pay & suddenly there are two extra items on the receipt. I cannot figure out how to remove those two extra items, so I just leave them. I figured I may be able to use them. The office there closes at 1 pm today, I was aware of that as I was prepared to do the online check-in. I get there, retrieving the key is easy, taking the pictures, open the back and.. there is no dolly! There is no two extra items either. There is nothing. The office was closed so I was unable to ask for them to grab me one. I am utterly disappointed in the lack of responsibility at this location. People, like myself, search out these services because we don't have a truck and a dolly but we NEED a truck and a dolly. It is not a customer's responsibility to ensure the employee is doing their job.

Rented a u-hual from here for what started out as 2 days. Through some complications with speculative apartment landlords, 2 days turned into 3 then 4. This was not a problem at all! They were understanding and quite patient with me (a competent customer who can follow directions) and I couldn't have been happier with their understanding and accommodations.

I rented a uhaul from this place, only to find out that the uhaul was actually in North Omaha. Never mind the mileage, if I wanted to pick the truck up in North Omaha, I would have scheduled to pick it up at a location there. And the wait time to talk to anyone is over 30 minutes. I know where I won’t be doing business with next time I move.

Front desk employee is very personable and had my boxes ready; I called approx one hour prior to secure them. Quick and friendly service!

Had what I needed but was told .59 a mile but was charged .79 a mile. Other than that it was a pleasant experience

I rent a cargo van and he told me to drop the key if I return it after business hour. I did that and they charge me 20 dollars for that. Are you serious?
