(I want to preface: the employees on location were fantastic, and very accommodating, and were very quick to assist, this rating is due to failures further up the chain) I had scheduled an appointment to have a trailer hitch installed, and everything seemed fine, money went through, I received confirmation emails, but when I arrived and asked about the appointment, I was informed that this location doesn't actually have any personnel to do hitch installations, despite the website saying so, and even allowing for appointments to be booked, and even having physical signage on the building advertising custom hitch installations. Very disappointing. Thank you again to the folks that assisted me, I am sorry you were left out to dry from your leadership.

I was charged for gas that I filled back over the halfway mark. The mileage was incorrect on my paperwork and they claimed they would fix it. I will never refer this location. I will also be filing my bbb complaint. Oh and the truck was filthy

I was not informed about refueling the car on return but was charged additional 50$ which I feel like cheating and caused me so much of disappointment also the vehicle was not clean and so shaking

Put 2 gallons of gas into the tank before returning the uhaul after going 23 miles. Still got charged for gas.

I secured a reservation for a 20 foot truck about a week before my move and selected the option to pick it up before operating hours on my phone. When I got to this location and began the process, I got a message stating there was a problem with the equipment and to call the call center. After a 20 minute wait, someone finally answered and told me that no one from this location prepared a truck for my reservation and did not put a key in the lockbox. She did say there was another truck I could use that was several miles away, which would have put my move even further behind schedule. I decided to just cancel the reservation because it was Father’s Day and I didn’t not want my friends and family who were helping with the move to have to push back their celebrations while they waited for me to drive across town for the new truck. It’s also worth noting that I was not the only customer who was affected by this location’s ineptitude as there was a couple in the parking lot navigating the same issue I experienced. I would certainly tell anyone who is considering renting a moving truck to look elsewhere due to U-Haul’s complete lack of preparation and consideration of their customer’s needs.

The guy who handled my rental was not very friendly and seemed to not be interested in helping customers. When he was helping me, a guy walked in looking to rent a truck and this guy rolled his eyes and looked off and shook his head in disgust. I never really have liked this location. There has always been some kind of severe customer service issue of some kind. Hopefully, I never have to rent from them ever again.

Horrible check in. Waiting for approval for 20 mins. Went to where truck was supposed to be bit it was not there. Drove around and finally found it behind the storage place next door. No dolly was inside. Truck reeked of cigarette smoke. Check engine light came on after loading. Guy insde uhaul was super rude and didn't want to help. Accused me of not having a reservation and didn't order a dolly. Never bothered to look at my order

We were charged for 2 more dollys that we didn’t need or use and didn’t get them even though we were charged. When we brought it up upon returning the truck the employee was treating us like criminals because we assumed the man who helped us get the rental did his job so we didn’t check the itinerary before we left.
