The staff at this location is the best of the best!!!!!!! I had a monumental task to do which required me to rent more than one vehicle and to buy several other moving supplies. They went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect and made sure my trip back to Colorado was safe and secure!! Forever grateful for the help all 4 times I was there in the store and the peace of mind they gave me. I felt like a friend to them!!!!

We rented a 4x8 trailer for an out of state wedding. The size was perfect to carry all of our totes. We never had any issues with the tires, chains, lock, etc. Everything ran smoothly and perfectly. We actually got a lot of compliments from guests about the cost of the trailer and how much stuff we were able to fit. The manager and staff were completely helpful and friendly. Highly recommend.

TOTAL RIP OFF
These guys sold me a uhaul truck and 2 weeks later the head gaskets blew up. Not buying from these guys again.

Absolutely Done Right Very Professional, Highly skilled and knowledgeable at what she was doing. Shannon took care of refilling my propane tanks and got me out of there fast.

They do a fast and professional hitch installation! I was supposed to have the hitch installed at another Omaha U-Haul location, but the other location flaked out and I was transferred here. I’ll just go straightaway to the Millard U-Haul location next time because their new ownership here has their act together.

This store is under new management and I will say from 12+ years in sales and customer service that Don and Jake are doing a great job to turn it around. Recently got a tow package installed on an older vehicle and as I was on a timeline to leave town on a trip, Don was sent the wrong hitch 2 different times. To meet my schedule, Don drove 3 hours to Sioux Falls and back just to pick up the correct hitch. Both Don and Jake are very professional and I recommend this location.

Jake Flores was amazing as he helped me and others with our rental over month end. Despite the fact that the company computer system was down during midday on the 29th of the month, Jake Flores maintained his professionalism, pleasant attitude and can-do spirit. He explained directly and clearly that the system was down and he had to do everything manually and he was as efficient and quick paced as he could be. The wait time was longer, but those of us who stayed in queue were assisted properly, promptly and accurately.
2 people had to leave before being served, but they communicated with Jake Flores "Deli Style" and while Jake was helping customers at the counter, he was also giving information to people in line so they could make informed choices on their moving needs. One person who needed Propane waited 10 minutes and had to leave. He was informed the system was down. Another patron was asking many questions about what equipment was available for rent that day. Jake Flores provided the information as well as options up the road. She waited about 20 minutes before leaving.
I was served after a 30 minute wait and again Jake explained the system being down but we got through the Backup Point of Sale paperwork easily enough and I drove off with a Silverado. I called back on the day scheduled for return and asked if I could extend. No problems extending and am very pleased with the ease of returning the vehicle.
Any future needs for a local rental I will not hesitate to rent from U-Haul Millard branch for a great Chevy pick-up. Hopefully, the company system will be up and running just fine.

Easiest process ever! Absolutely stress free move at a reasonable price. Came from Lincoln to Omaha with 88 miles allotted which was more than enough. They show you exactly how much gas is needed to put back in too. Thanks UHaul!

This was the best experience I’ve ever had
getting my propane tank refilled. Even though they do rental is half their business, they do a better job with propane, refills, and places that just do that service. Prices were extremely fair, Jake was helpful, quick, and courteous; the overall experience was far above what I have to expect with getting our propane tank refilled anywhere in town. This will be the only place I go to the future.

A couple of days prior to picking up our moving truck my husband received an offer text from U-haul asking us to move a trailer to the Nashville location since U-Haul needed trailers in that location. We were advised we would not be charged for the trailer and that we would get $100 off our truck rental when we dropped off truck & trailer in Nashville. When we arrived at pickup truck and trailer in Millard, Ne location they charged my husband for the trailer. We called the pickup location and spoke with the manager he said that was corporate U-Haul that made that deal with us and we needed to deal with them vs him calling corporate on our behalf. On our move to Nashville the next morning we called corporate. They advised we should have never been charged for the trailer and that when we arrived in Nashville we should be refunded 107.00 for trailer and $100 off truck. When we arrived in Nashville to drop off the truck and trailer we were given the same treatment and that they knew nothing of the $207.00 refund and that we needed to deal with corporate again vs them calling corporate on our behalf and handling it. When I called corporate she advised they would need to investigate wether we were due a refund in-spite of it being documented by corporate and we got a text from them two days earlier saying we were due a $207.00 refund. It really felt like bait & switch and if corporate is making these deals they should be communicating with their franchises and the franchise locations should be providing better customer service and looking into things vs you are on your own to deal with corporate. Customers be aware if they offer you a deal to transport one of their pieces of equipment, I would not recommend you do it. It cost us extra money in gas to transport their trailer but also much more difficult making your 15 foot moving truck more like 30 foot which is virtually impossible to back up at any point. This trip took us four hours longer with the trailer attached since top speed with trailer is only 55 mph

Great professional people. We’ve used this location multiple times and always had great experiences, never any issues. Would highly recommend this location over any others in Omaha, the 84th location is terrible and messed up my trailer lights.

Don and Jake went above and beyond to get my vehicle ready and on the road with a car transport. Several months ago, my father took my classic truck here to have a trailer light hookup installed. Don took his time and did it right. The job looks amazing and was done flawlessly. Then while I was home on military leave, I reserved a trailer to tow back another classic car I own. Don immediately recognized my truck and we began to talk about the 1300+ mile journey I had planned. Don and Jake sprang to action to get the car transport properly hooked up on my classic truck and even helped fabricate some safety equipment I had to make it work. If it wasn't for the dedication of Don and Jake, I wouldn't have made my long journey without any problems. Ironically, I purposely picked this location to pick up my reservation at because I knew they were better than the two other U-Hauls closer to my home. These guys are the best and I plan on only using this location when I need a U-Haul or trailer lights installed on a vehicle in Omaha. Thank you Don and Jake, I greatly appreciate your professionalism and for showing that customer service still matters to some businesses out there.
