Amazing customer service. Great experience and would buy from there again. I chose this uhaul location over other closer locations due to the great reviews from them. Very friendly and approachable and explained everything needed for the process of renting. I ran slightly late on my scheduled pickup and they were more than understanding and communicable.

They were AMAZING! Rented multiple uhauls in my life but they were most helpful at this location. Had a mixup and they refunded us with no issues. 10/10 recommend, the young gentleman and lady helping had super upbeat energy too!

The worst U-Haul experience I’ve ever had. We reserved a truck for a Sunday, which requires the use of the 24/7 self service, as the office is closed on Sundays. We were totally fine with that and were sent instructions on how to download the app and pick up the truck when it was time. However, when we got there to pick up the truck, there was no option to do so in the app like it said. We had to speak to 4 different people at U-Haul to assist us with getting our truck, but by this time we had wasted 2 hours of our 6 hour reservation. Because they had us sign out and sign back into our account so many times, we ended up getting locked out of our account. So the last gentleman that we spoke with ended up having to check us in and check us out on his end and he extended our time until the next day for us. He said all we needed to do was park the truck and drop off the keys when we were done. The next day I ended up being charged double for everything we rented, along with a cleaning fee. I called and the owner of this site couldn’t have been more rude. He wouldn’t let me speak and immediately accused us of parking in the wrong spot and saying we should be glad we didn’t get a ticket, that we left the truck “a mess”, that we returned the truck late, and that we didn’t refill the car with gas. I finally was able to fill him in on the disaster of a process that occurred the day before and how we got approved for extra hours because the check in process was broken. I also let him know that because we were unable to log into our account and check out ourselves, we were operating completely in the blind with 0 instructions to follow. The driveway was completely full of other trucks so we had no other choice but to park on the street. We also left the truck exactly how it was given to us except for 2 unfolded blankets. He said we were supposed to sweep, but with what broom?! He was completely unsympathetic to the issues we had and continued to interrupt me and be condescending. I will never rent from this location again and probably the worst customer service I’ve received literally anywhere.

Moving sucks! Renting Uhauls is typically associated with the pains of moving, until now! This was the coolest experience you could ever hope for in any business transaction. The owner of this uhaul place was the nicest, coolest, most interesting guy you could ever hope to do business with. I hope I have a reason to go back there sooner than later. I’ll BE BACK!

These guys are very pleasant to work with and the trucks are spotlessly clean. Good old fashioned customer service never goes out of style.
