I don’t usually write reviews but I always have such a great experience every time I visit this location! I was in yesterday morning, I prefer shopping in the mornings to tackle all of my errands for the day, and it was such a joy to chat with Kinsley the lead cashier. The rest of the staff was also very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable with many good recommendations! I’m looking forward to my next Ulta visit!!

This Ulta has horrible management and disrespectful customer service. Today is Saturday November 2nd, I have booked my hair appointment last Monday with Isaac. I got confirmation by text to my phone. Since I am travelling a lot, it was important for me to have a good haircut appointment before my next week international travel. When I showed up at 5.00 pm exactly at my appointment time the ladies at the saloon told me that Isaac is already gone for the day and Erica - regional trainer had banned me from making appointments with this location.
I was first time in this location and never met Erica. The ladies were rude to me and explained to me that I can not make appointment with any of their hairdressers. I was a long term client of Ulta ( 2 years) at another location. I had to seek for another haidresser because my quit working with Ulta and they are not giving up his new place of employment. Never missed an appointment. Always showing up on time.
I strongly advice anyone who is planning to do business with this salon to change location or hairdresser. These people are irresponsible, disrespectful of my time ( no text or phone calls advising on any change or cancellation) and totally not adhering to standards represented by Ulta brand.

Isaac was the best. I had to book a different hairdresser due to mine no longer being at ulta, and he did an amazing job, and was good company too.i will be going back to him definitely.😁

Had an appointment at 1:45 at the Salon, left @2:15. If the stylist was running behind I understand, but it would have been nice to know once I got there instead of waiting.

I was having some issues with an online order so I came in person to pick up the products. Erin W. and Gabriel were so incredibly patient and attentive to my problem and fully streamlined the checkout process! I could not have asked for a better experience, this is not the closest Ulta to me, but I would be more than happy to make the drive for such a pleasant shopping experience. Thank you guys for all you do!

Went here for a color match of foundation for a couple of friends and Aaliah was so accommodating and helped us find a brand that was hypoallergenic and also didn’t give the yellow tint to their skin. She was super knowledgeable and kind! We really appreciate her positive attitude especially when doing so much work to help find the perfect shade.

Super uncomfortable experience at this Ulta, and it seems to be every time I shop there. I had to return something, and the lead cashier was very off putting and borderline rude. You could tell she did not want to be there at all. I’ve been in customer service for over 20 years and even if you hate your job, please don’t take it out on someone just completing a simple transaction. I went and grabbed another item and went to buy it. Same cashier and she was still borderline mean. I feel like every time I am in this Ulta, I also am treated kind of badly, no assistance, unless I hunt someone down, and just a very mean girls club vibe. I am searching for other stores to go to, because this is not working
