Disappointing experience at Ulta. The staff at the counter were unfriendly and seemed to be talking about customers behind their backs. Unfortunately, this isn't my first time experiencing this kind of behavior. It's made me hesitant to shop there. Hopefully, they'll take steps to improve customer service. Always dread going here, probably need to stick to online shopping and definitely stay away from here

I come into Ulta all the time and am a Platinum Member. I’ve been getting poor service the last couple of times I’ve been to K Plaza but Rachel led me to leave this review, not only because she wouldn’t assist with opening the perfume case but was beyond disrespectful when checking me out. I have a cochlear implant and had issues with communicating and when I told her she kept being disrespectful. Also, if cashiers need coupons before a transaction, they need to let the customer know. Being rude along with saying something under your breath is not going to get the point across. I’m going to rethink shopping at Ulta, this trip was absolutely miserable

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the customer service my child and I experienced. Upon entering, we observed that staff members were unresponsive to our presence. Despite seeking assistance in the aisles and at the register, we were met with indifference, leading to prolonged wait times. It appeared that customers of certain demographics received prompt service, which was disheartening.
I would like to commend Alayna for her helpfulness during our visit. Her professionalism was a notable exception to the overall experience.
This experience left me feeling undervalued as a customer and concerned about the store's commitment to equitable service. I request that you address this matter with your staff and implement training to ensure all customers receive equal and respectful service.

I don't generally rate stores, but I was weirdly disappointed in my experience here, when I usually find it to be such a pleasant place to shop. I asked for help finding a specific brand and was barely looked at and told they didn't carry it at this location. There was no follow up to try to assist more, help find an alternative, let me know if there was a close location that I could try, etc. Some of the displays were in disrepair - bulbs flickering, signage off kilter. There was a lack of stock on many items.

Amber the salon manager with the L Street Marketplace location went over and above. Helped me with issues getting two gift cards activated which took quite some time. Very patient and understanding. Great work ethics and patience like no other. Need more employees like this. Outstanding employee.

Beware! A sales associate signed me up for an Ulta credit card without my knowledge. The secondary concern is that the associate charged the Ulta card AND my debit card for my purchase. It’s been over three months since this started and still not resolved. Very deceptive practices, please beware!

Today is January 4th, the evening customer service manager was very rude to multiple customers while we were waiting for assistance. Then my 11 yr old daughter tried to pay with her gift card and it would not accept the code. The employees couldn't get it to work either. The manager claimed that some stores leave off a digit so that you have to call into customer service to prove you were the actual paying customer.
I have never heard anything so stupid! We will never go back and suggest others spend their money where customers are appreciated and not treated with such disrespect.

I only got 4 stars only because it's a little bit pricey but I had 2 perfumes, and it was soo good. My husband bought it for me. Coach dream sunset and snif coco shimmy I'm obsessed.

My first time at the store and barely anyone to help you . It seems like Midwest stores are not customer friendly like the south. I didn’t buy anything . I walked out coz I couldn’t find what I wanted . The store set up is different from what am accustomed to . All associates were at the checkout.
