They are not able to add any delivery notes to the package I am shipping which would make it very easy to find the address. I was told that if they can't find the address after 3 tries, they will return the package instead of leaving it at the local UPS hub for the recipient to pick up. Clerk was very evasive when I asked any questions about delivery and their policies.

You have One person working in the front. They are blowing up lots of balloons. I get it, they’re busy. Can you call someone else to come up and help? Apparently not.

Wasn't greeted. Felt like the store could have been empty due the lack of interaction with the gal working. She said nothing. I dropped off a package and left.

Went to the store for the first time to mail a pre-labeled package through ebay. Another first.
This young man was so polite and patient and really helped me. Definitely went above and beyond to make my experience smooth! I'm sorry can't remember his name.
This was about 3:30 when we were there.
Will be my go to store!

manager is rude and inconsiderate that his own employee messed up my package label and was sent home back to me. Came off super rude and unprofessional. UPS do better.

I’m all about honoring store hours for all our time is valuable. As too Om a business owner. The store on google states it opens @9am here it is 9:50am and the clerk is just now walking in with some guy while others and I stand outside waiting for the store to actually open! Please do better!

Don't come here to ship anything internationally. Go to a different UPS location. The manager here acts like it's the most difficult task to locate an address outside of the US. UPS location on 79th and Dodge is much friendlier and willing to help.

Been shipping things through this store for months. Went to ship a riflescope for my cousins birthday present today and got told they can’t ship them because they are a “firearms part” looked it up and they are in fact excluded from the firearms definition entirely according to US code 18-44 and 26-53. Owner didn’t want to listen despite this coming directly off the UPS website. Will be taking my business elsewhere.
