Worst UPS store in town. I visited the store on three different occasions and every time I visit the store there's an issue. There's no customer service today. I simply asked them if I could use the tape they made a problem about me using the tape I was taping a package. That's all I was doing. The lady just was having a bad day and took it out on a customer she went as far as telling me that she worked there part-time basically didn't really care unbelievable.

The gal that waited on me asked me if I was “returning” something when I had clear instructions of what I was doing plus she almost put the air bill on the wrong side of the specimen box (there was a box that said “affix label here” even!). She gave two exact copies of the same receipt (wasting paper).

ALWAYS horrible customer service at this location. They are always so nonchalant and talking to each other in their foreign language as if they are having side bar conversations about the customers. They are never fully focused on the customers they are helping ever. The guy I worked with first claimed I needed a QR code to print the label when the QR code was on the return label already. He said I could send the return label to their email and wanted to charge me $2 to print it. I had to go home and get on the phone with customer service of the company I was sending a product back to, which caused to waste another hour of my time. Luckily the company credited me the $2 charge on my bill due to the inconvenience UPS was causing. When I went back to the UPS store, I even showed the girl that was now helping me the label with the QR code. She still claimed they needed something else and I would have to pay the $2. Is this how they make their money? Does the $2 go to them personally somehow? Seems real scammy. I was waiting for the girl to seal up the package but she was so preoccupied, she didn’t seal the package in front of me. Then when she saw I was still waiting there, she rudely shooed me off and told me I could go. There was a line of people behind me, so I reluctantly left with the package still unsealed on the counter so now I’m worried it won’t get returned properly. AVOID THIS LOCATION!! The location needs to be completely shut down and new operators!

Franchise location. If you have a corporate account DO NOT use this location. You can’t use them and they are not helpful at all. They even charge you to use a computer to print something in my case a UPS shipping label.

I think there is a scamming syndicate. They sent my Macy's return order to a different address (Amazon) . You would think if a mistake happened, there should have been another incorrect package sent to Macys but nothing was sent. Now that we are looking at the receipt, the weight is 0 lb 0 oz. Avoid at all costs.... They have disconnected their phones to avoid accountability. They will not get away with this?
Edit: The store employee has since compensated us out of pocket.

These people are scamming people of their packages. The person that served us did not seal our package in our presence and ended up putting a wrong label on the package that was sent to Indiana. When you call the office the person that answers the phone is non chalant..the package was mislabeled and sent to Amazon… now what’s interesting our return label was not activated….Did I mention that they stopped answering my calls

For people who receive important packages they act non chalant when packages are lost. The worker just told me they can’t do anything in store because the manager will not be in until one. since they say there are a franchise then maybe the UPS corporate needs to terminate this franchise

Mr. Biki and Mr. Yubraj gave great customer service at the UPS birch street Omaha NE location. They were professional,kind, and very knowledgeable!

If I could give UPS zero stars, I would. Their customer service is an absolute joke. They lie straight to your face, leave you on hold for over an hour, and STILL can’t give you a straight answer. Every representative I spoke to was rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful.
On top of that, their delivery service is just as bad. Packages get delayed for no reason, lost without explanation, and when you try to get help, you’re met with nothing but attitude. It’s as if they go out of their way to make your experience as frustrating as possible.
Save yourself the headache—use literally ANY other shipping company. UPS clearly does not care about its customers or packages!

Unbelievable trash. The male and female in the store go out of their way to avoid being helpful. The male wont enter a tracking number by hand. He demands it be in the form of a QR code so he can scan it. The female is lazy too. She needs a QR as well. They charged me $2 to print a label for an Amazon return. Avoid this dump like the plague!
