The guy was absolutely NO HELP, what so ever. It wasn't even busy at the time I walked in from the moment I left. My phone service was horrible in the building too and I had to get a code to return a package. On their door, there was WIFI information. So, I tried logging into their WIFI and it wouldn't let me. After messing around with trying to get this scan bar for them for 10 minutes, the guy tells me they no longer have any internet or WIFI for customers or employees for whatever reason. I'll have to change locations, now.

"Kalandra" refused to allow me to purchase the size box I needed, and kept insisting on an upsell. She would absolutely not take no for an answer so to get my package sent, I had to give in. Her attitude was horrible.

Returned an Amazon package here. After Drake scanned the item in, he told me I need to buy shipping packaging for it. The Amazon instructions specifically say that a box is not required. I was told I can not take the item back since it had already been scanned in. My only option was to pay for supplies.I will make sure to drive to 156th st location for now on.

I always like coming here. I'm never waiting long. They know what they're doing, are quick with their services, and I'm always on my way within 3 minutes! I always think I need to do more than I actually do as they go above and beyond to help me with labels and packaging. I would highly recommend this location!

I needed a document notarized and scanned on a Saturday afternoon and The UPS Store fast and friendly people did an outstanding job on both - I was on my way in 5-10 minutes. I will come back to shred some statements that have been waiting for too long!

The manager of this location is very short with customers. Offers short handed answers with very little explanation. This is the second time I’ve experienced poor customer service for something as easy as an Amazon return. I feel like an inconvenience just walking in and it makes me uncomfortable to ask for help from him. This is the first time I’m leaving a negative review for anything ever. It’s unbelievable how rude he is for a very customer service oriented position. Eat a snickers or something dude.

It may be the best rated UPS in the area but Justin Hecox, the owner, needs mentoring in business management and customer interaction. I own multiple businesses and travel for work almost 75% of the time. I rely heavily on businesses like UPS. When i arrived to Omaha i called this USP to talk with them about their policy for counter holds and pickups. I wasnt sure how long id be in town. In 5 weeks i received two packages. The customer service was great. When i learned id be staying longer (about week 6) i called to inquire about renting a box. I let them know id be in to do that. I also needed color printing and notaries. I had a letter and a shipment coming from Europe just as i had to go out of town. My DHL text said it was delivered. When i arrived at UPS my package wasnt there, yet. I misread the message. The young man told me to call back in about an hour or two to see if it came before i pulled out of town. I took a business card and called. Justin, the owner answered. I politely asked if my package had come. He said "why would i be getting a package here for you if you dont have a box here?" Not knowing who i was talking to, I said its a service you offer that I pay for as im only here temporarily. He went back and forth with me a few times getting more and more unprofessional to the point i asked who he was. He said he was the owner. I was shocked to be spoken to the way he had spoken to me and i let him know it was uncalled for. Id never been disrespected at a UPS, especially as a paying customer. He left me very concerned when he told me "dont EVER do that again!!" Meaning dont ever use his UPS for counter hold mail. He scolded me like a school kid. I reminded him its a service he offers that i happily paid for. He said "yeah? Well, not anymore!" Concerned I asked "are you going to hold on to my mail or return it?" He did say he would hold it and he did. I picked it up a week later. I wrote a letter to the Attorney Generals office as well as UPS. As a business owner and customer im appalled. Justin, you need to make a phone call to The Dale Carnegie program.

The door was held for me upon arrival! Was pleasantly greeted and quickly assisted with a Amazon return. Found out that I had checked the wrong box on my Amazon return and it needed packaging. The individual at the counter was awesome in that she offered me the quickest and easiest way to literally wrap it up.The store offers, mailboxes, packaging, and basically any supplies you might need to take home for shipping needs. Highly recommend this location.

Justin (owner) is the freakin man- him and all the team are amazing people. Genuinely love seeing them everyday when I drop off my packages. It’s the only ups store I go to even though it’s an inconvenient drive. They’re worth it
