Waited in line for an extended period of time just to be told that the notary “forgot his stamp” and wouldn’t be able to assist me that day and I needed to go to another location. It would be nice if the notary is not able to provide service on a given day that they post a sign so people don’t wait in line for nothing.

This store is way too small and there’s almost always a wait. It could really use a self-serve Amazon returns counter. The man and woman I see working there most often are not friendly, barely speak a word to customers, and offer no pleasantries. This is by far the closest location but I go out of my way to use a different location whenever possible.

This store is great! I've only gone in to return Amazon packages. But they are very quick without ever having much of a wait. As well, all the employees are nice!

Every time i come here i run into the rudest employees. If you hate your job that much go work somewhere else, i think that’s a simple concept.

They were quick and efficient. The store had multiple people waiting and the two behind the counter got everyone through in a timely manner.

He was not helpful at all. He wanted to charge me for every single thing all the way down to To printing my label I had. I ended up leaving the store with nothing but the package I came in with.

This specific UPS tried to scam me. They were going to charge a $5 printing fee when online it was quoted at $.22 I was able to go two miles down the road and a different ups store was so helpful and did the same printing job for free since it was printing a prepaid amazon label. I recommended driving the extra 5 minutes for better customer service and a business that won’t nickel and dime you as a customer.

Lazy workers, never scan package on the scale even after asking. Receipt shows packages weighing 0.00 pounds which is ridiculous.

I called the store a little after 8am which is their opening time. I was instantly told by the girl answering “I just got here can you hold on for a minute”. I was proceeded to be put on hold for over 30 mins. Eventually I cut the call and tried to call back. Each time I tried i was met with the busy tone for an additional 40 mins. Eventually when I called back there was a normal ringing tone but no one picked up. I ended up having to drive over there to have my simple question answered that only this store could help me with. Highly disappointing and inconvenient.

I had a package originally delivered to my address. Since it required signature and I was not at home, I re-routed it to this store for in-person pick-up. I called them several times, and they always put me on hold. All times, it seems that they basically forgotten that they had someone on call, and in one opportunity I was able to hear idle chat among employees while I was still on hold. Their customer service is flat-out horrendous.

No wait. Was returning a package to Amazon and I was in and out of there in less than 5 minutes. Plenty of parking available right in front of the store.
