absolutely horrible experience, made a notary appointment online and when i went in for it i showed up and told the lady working the i was here for my notary appointment, she then proceeded to laugh in my face and told me their notarizer isn’t in for another 4 hours because “they didn’t see my email for my appointment” unacceptable and absolutely horrible service from the lady working the front

I dropped of a package at 1pm on Dec. 21st. I was told pick up is after 2pm that day. The package did not leave omaha, NE until Dec. 24th and the 24th was expected delivery date to Mesa Arizona. I paid for 2nd day air to have my girlfriend and daughters to be able to open something from me on Christmas!!! This is very disappointing because I got ripped off and changed high fees for them to take advantage of me. Not happy at all!!!!
