Went thru the drive thru to pay my mortgage payment, lady at the drive thru was being rude, asking if I’m sure I pay my mortgage here? Why else would I be here…. Also very not helpful with questions I had. Long wait time as well for a simple task.

The guy was great got me in and out in a timely manner. This branch is close to work and easy to get in and out of. They are always nice and helpful. Also by lingel that is very helpful for people learning English.

Most of the time, the ATM is in good working order and is full of money. I have never gone here and not gotten the money I requested off my card. The only problem is that this ATM is in a separate little room off of the bank and separate from the bank. In my opinion, 3 people could stand in the room, but because of the issue of privacy, the closeness of those 3 people would present a problem. Almost every time I have been here, one person would be in the little room, and the rest of the people form a line outside of the door. One in, one out, etc. Inside isn't the cleanest area. There are constantly receipts all over the floor, even though a trash can is provided. And I'm not sure the floors are cleaned regularly.

Edit: My manager and I don't have to deal with money being stolen anymore, but the lines are still as slow as ever if not worse. My manager can be stuck here for up to 2 hours just waiting for the one person they put to help 1 person per hour. And having the only lady manning all the lanes makes it all take even longer. They have tons of workers but only 1 on the lanes, we would have switched to another bank years ago if we were able to

This entire place is a joke. Cashed multiple survivor benefits checks here with my account, but every single time there is an issue with the old lady with the salt pepper hair in the window, like she has something against me personally. Today they refused to cash a check they have cashed many times. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Do NOT recommend

On the website it lists this branch as Grover Plaza which is on 50th and Grover. You need to change the name to reflect the TRUE location I wasted 10 minutes going from one side of Vinton to Grover plaza based on name

Bankers/Tellers are usually very pleasant. But please don’t have the older teller with short salt and pepper hair that was at the window this morning. Branch 833, cashbox: 9.Her customer service lacks and represents US Bank poorly. She wouldn’t provide her name to me.

I can't believe the lobby is still not open. The drive-thru is woefully understaffed, causing a line of up to 20 cars before it is even open, then business is taken care of at a snail's pace.About time to change banks.

I waited maybe 10 mins due to covid and the workers are very helpful and love stopping at this bank
