Most of the time, the ATM is in good working order and is full of money. I have never gone here and not gotten the money I requested off my card. The only problem is that this ATM is in a separate little room off of the bank and separate from the bank. In my opinion, 3 people could stand in the room, but because of the issue of privacy, the closeness of those 3 people would present a problem. Almost every time I have been here, one person would be in the little room, and the rest of the people form a line outside of the door. One in, one out, etc. Inside isn't the cleanest area. There are constantly receipts all over the floor, even though a trash can is provided. And I'm not sure the floors are cleaned regularly.

This entire place is a joke. Cashed multiple survivor benefits checks here with my account, but every single time there is an issue with the old lady with the salt pepper hair in the window, like she has something against me personally. Today they refused to cash a check they have cashed many times. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Do NOT recommend

On the website it lists this branch as Grover Plaza which is on 50th and Grover. You need to change the name to reflect the TRUE location I wasted 10 minutes going from one side of Vinton to Grover plaza based on name

Bankers/Tellers are usually very pleasant. But please don’t have the older teller with short salt and pepper hair that was at the window this morning. Branch 833, cashbox: 9.Her customer service lacks and represents US Bank poorly. She wouldn’t provide her name to me.

I can't believe the lobby is still not open. The drive-thru is woefully understaffed, causing a line of up to 20 cars before it is even open, then business is taken care of at a snail's pace.About time to change banks.

Banking here 2 years. PR needs work, and really, no envelope for your cash? Seems to run quite a bit slower that other banks. Although after being with another major bank forever, definitely a huge step up,! Checking balance by teleprompter is easy and fast.More recently, had to make an appointment with a banker there to update info on my account. Called when I arrived as directed but had to wait at the front door in the rain for several minutes before someone came to open the door (without an apology) even though they knew I was there.Then, got stuck in drive through line waiting for 25 minutes one time on a Monday (middle of the month) and 30 minutes during the middle of the week. I was one of the cars at the end of the line (partially in the street). I've read some reviews of customers that are also having this issue. In fact I read a reply from one of your representatives to one of your customers that did not even address the issue. Very disappointing.

Tried to visit this location today before 12pm. Got denied help and was told they "close at 11:30am because they don't want to work past 12 since everyone's shift must end at that time." Never experienced service like that at any other branch around town. In the past I've been in line for 50 minutes. Terrible customer service and the time online should be changed to match bank hours.

They steal money from deposits everytime we go to deposit money for our store. And every time, $20 goes missing. We have to record ourselves counting out the money to prove that they are lying. It's disgusting and annoying to deal with

To the owner/reviewer person Here is a better review than the last one I put “slow” The drive thru is terribly slow I recommend not putting the older lady at the commercial window I’ve noticed the line hangs to the street and it can be very dangerous Giovani and the other girl are very sweet and more fast paced I can’t remember her name also it would help if someone is guiding the cars to the correct lane? Commercial for commercial and regular clients in the other stalls there are also times when there’s huge gaps in front of the cars because they don’t move that’s another problem, just a couple tips of how I would change things so you won’t loose customers
