The ATM is constantly broken. Three times in the last month it does not take cash deposits. I thought banks wanted my money. Too many times to count there is an "out of service" message when you try and deposit. And if you are lucky, and the ATM actually works, don't plan on inserting more than 5 bills at a time. Unless they are perfectly "ironed", with no creases, they will spit out, often caught in the slot so you need to reach in and hope you get them all before the driver behind you gets some free cash.. The banker said the company that services is was supposed to replace it but "it still hasn't happened." Here's an idea -- find another vendor. The solution I was given was to find "another ATM". Why? I bank at this location. I'm supposed to drive around town until I found a branch that wants my money? Get the ATM fixed or I'll find a bank that realizes not everyone has the time to wait in line to give you our money.

Everyone here is always so kind, helpful, friendly, etc!! There may be times when it's busy, but they try to get to everyone as soon as they can. Sometimes a customer might not realize, but they are helping someone in the drive thru, a phone call, or something else they are helping with. I really enjoy talking to all of the employees at this location; they always make my day! :)

I’m absolutely delighted by my experience with the Branch Manager of this particular location, so far. Rhonda (I believe) went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcomed upon opening my accounts by giving me a generous phone call to answer any questions i had. I recently called the bank to inquire on an issue, and she handled it gracefully! Both times I felt like a valued and respected customer. Keep it up please so you can impact more people and bring a smile to their face like you did mine. Sometimes, that’s all that matters.Cheers,Isaiah Coleman

Here has been my last 2 visits at this location, put my money into someone else's account, yes they had my ID and debit card when they made this incorrect transaction. I went back reluctantly today to deposit my check and thought I'd have a different teller help me unfortunately I waited in the lobby for 30 mins with 2 teller's available and only one of them were busy with a customer. Long story short my lunch hour was waisted. I went to the 42nd street location and I was literally there for 3 minutes, not 30 plus minutes like this location.

This isn't a specific issue with this branch but US Bank in general.I wanted to buy out my lease for the vehicle I've leased for 3 years. I went to my local branch and when I got a loan for my buyout, US bank has marked my loan as paid off in full for some reason and my lease is still active. I now have delinquent payments from my lease that are affecting my credit score and everyone I talked to has laughed about the issue but hasn't done anything to fix the issue. I've been told that it will take, "about a week" on 3 different occasions. I've been told that it, "should be fixed" and it hasn't been. I've been told that it will be fixed in the next couple of days and I have 0 confidence that it actually will be. I feel like canceling this loan as soon as I can and go to my credit union to get a better rate and a better situation just in general. I've been to multiple branches and have called your 800 number on multiple occasions. Nobody is doing anything about it and this has been over a month now. This is an extremely serious problem and is a major reason that I will never do any business with US Bank again. I've asked for copies of what information is going to be sent to the Credit Bureaus because I was told, by a branch manager, that this would be sent to the bureaus as a dispute for a, "bank error". This is an immediate issue and have been pushed off for a month now and, as I said, I have 0 confidence that this will be resolved at all with me in mind and not the banks best interest. I also really doubt that anything will be done to ensure that I had a good experience with your bank because you simply - don't care -.

I was in line 5 minutes in the drive-through another car comes it’s on the other side of me we wait another five minutes. Then the tower proceeds to help the other guy before me!

This N 90th location is the absolute WORST and slowest UsBank branch in town!!! I was made to wait 27 minutes for my money and was forced to Burn away most all of my 30 minute break!!!! Absolutly Horrible timing and the Drive through is supposed to be fast and Convinient!!! THAT'S why you have drive throughs!!! Hire some newer faster DT tellers or go over to So 72nd to learn how this is done Properly!!!!

Home loan process is a complete joke. All employment information turned over to them day one for pre-approval. Long drawn out closing in which I sent them repeated taxes, pay stubs, bank statements everything they would need to process my home loan. 5 months this went on signing documents, sending in proof of income ect...up to the week before closing they requested my bank statements once again to provide proof I had money for closing, only to tell me exactly 1 week to closing they were not going to give me the loan which basically left me homeless and very stressed and completely ruined my desire to become a homeowner. NEVER WILL I DO BUSINESS WITH THIS BANK EVER AGAIN!!!
