I've always been pleased with the staff and service this location provides. Not to take anything away from the other staff (which are great), but Said is an incredible staffer. He's always happy, looks you in the eye to shake your hand, and is the epitome of a fine, motivated employee.

This review is not specific to this or any other branch, but to card services. Lost my US Bank credit card. The replacement card came 4 days later... not bad. Now the fun begins. I call to activate the card, and lucky me, I qualified for 15 minutes of offers with no way to get out of the loop. I finally hang up. On line must be better, right? I go online to the site specified, but lo and behold, I must activate a savings or checking account to have online access. I get off the site. I call the customer service main number and after yelling operator 5 times get a live person. She was able to activate the card, and I asked if I could give feedback via a survey or other method. "Absolutely, there is a survey right after this call" Click and gone. I will be closing this account.

Said is a a great guy and has immensely helped me transition from a small town to a big city. Not only this stand out employee but the floor manager and tellers are always cheerful and extremely patient/ helpful. I literally hate interacting with banks but the crew at the main downtown branch are amazing.

I usually have really great experiences with this branch. I have family who work here and their staff are friendly enough. However, I did have an experience with obtaining a loan from here and it has left a bad taste in my mouth ever sense. I'll continue to return for their services, and because of my deposit box, but I'll be cautious.

This branch has a pretty much ideal downtown location. But maybe it's me simply relishing having a reason to step inside the Woodmen Tower. You can kind of feel what being a hotshot business man in the'70s would be like as you slowly roll down the escalator. From above, you gaze over a cavernous open floor plan, feeling the coolness of the marble that decks out this bank branch from floor to ceiling. Keep it classy, US Bank. Beyond the retro coolness, there is a bit of shabbiness around the edges. Like laptop stations that are wired for dial up internet (56k, baby!). They should probably just send those to the dumpster.

Even though I don't have to come in much, whenever I have it's always been a great experience...the people have always been friendly and helpful and it's in a great location for me...I've been a customer for over 3 years and will continue being one partly because I've gotten the great service I've gotten...
