I have been getting yanked around for 3 weeks by us bank. Every time I call to get my money in my account released to me I get a different answer. I was unable to send presents for Christmas because of this. Every single time I call they give me a completely different answer. I hate this bank with a passion. They are withholding over $13,000 from me & i can’t buy a car until they release it.

I dont know if the people that work here just like to mess with people or if they just dont have any clue what's going on at all. And they are extremely slow and unfriendly to boot.

1205 pull up to drive thru line closing time is 1230. 2 of 3 lanes are closed. After waiting on 2 people for an easy 15 min the teller vehemently stated that since we werent in line at 12 she wouldn't help us. When trying to confirm the closing time of 12:30 she brushed it off and seemed to get more aggravated and said you HAVE to be in line by 12. This was 10min before closing time and no one else is in line. Paying more attention to when cars drive up 25 min before closing over helping customers is pretty dismal. Guess I didn't memo cause there are no signs stating this.With Covid and the banks 'lobby service by appointment only' its ridiculous. The other issue is this branch has to be by far the slowest I've ever experienced time and time again and dread even going there even when its closest to my location.

Pull into the drive through at exactly 5:00. The horrible teller lady sent them back and said to come back in the morning because they close at 5 and it’s 5:01! Unreal!

I stopped at the Empire Park drive thru to cash a check. I was 4th in line at the only lane available. After 20 minutes, I hadn't moved a foot. I called inside just to make sure the lane was being used. I've dealt with US Bank since 1982 and have a substantial amount of money in their accounts. This was the worst customer service ever. I understand the lobby being closed because of Covid-19. However, why aren't the drive thru's adequately staffed? I was able to get out of the line and drove to the 90th & Center branch...much better service. Because of this incident, I'll do my banking at FNBO.

Today, I got to this branch location before 4pm, a half hour later, waiting in line, I was told I was not there before 4pm and they would not serve me. They were completly rude when saying it. I told them that I was there and I did see their associate come outside to block off the continued line who came after 4pm. They could not have cared less. I wanted to check to see if I was in fact past 4pm, and my Google location data confirmed I was right. I was there before 4pm. 3:58pm to 4:29pm was the location data time stamp on my phone. Absolutely awful experience. And this isn't my first issue with this location either. Absolutly awful staff. I'll be changing banks. I have been with US bank for 17 years. I'm done.

I should have learned my lesson about this branch, but whenever I deposit checks here they take way longer to finalize than any other branch (I dont know why this is) I have been waiting to buy groceries since friday when I deposited my check and its now tuesday......every other branch they clear by Saturday

Rude, slow people! Don't even put an effort in customer service. I wish my company would switch banks. Millard branch is the best
