Let's have everybody do circles in our parking lot cuz we're too lazy to put a sign out that says we've got construction going on

They provide exceptional service. The staff always greets me by name and makes me feel like a valued customer. Every visit is quick, efficient, and stress-free. I really appreciate how personal and attentive they are. It's rare to find such a welcoming and professional team. Highly recommend this branch for anyone looking for great service and a friendly atmosphere!

I've banked with US Bank for years and have always been happy. I have recently been dealing with an uncommon banking issue and have needed some help to resolve this. I want to give a big shout out to Jose and Javy -- these guys have gone out of their way to assist me with these. They are very friendly, professional, helpful, and took the time to dig into this issue to get me the information I need to resolve the problem. I appreciate US Bank and I really appreciate Jose and Javy for going above and beyond to give me a good experience. Thank you!

Hannah at this location has superb customer service skills. She clearly explained an overdraft fee to me and resolved my issue all while teaching me something new so I don't make the same mistake again in the future. They have been very helpful throughout the several years I have banked with them. Highly recommend!

We have been with US bank for years and let’s just say this location isn’t very helpful at all and Nick is one of the managers and I told him how disappointed I was that they got out of the shared branching and how difficult it makes us since we bank in Washington State. I needed some other options and He didn’t even know what I was talking about and he actually said he has never heard of that and they have never done that. I was in shock and I got so upset I just hung up. He made me feel like I didn’t know what I was talking about and he wasn’t even listening. Shared branching has been around for at least 14 years because I have used it and it was so convenient. I called the 800 number for US bank and they helped me and I told them about what happened and the person on the phone actually laughed and couldn’t believe a manager didn’t know what shared branching was and was so incompetent. It’s not hard to be nice to your customers people and we will be finding a new bank. Terrible experience

US Bank has horrible service. Go to local bank or credit union, if you want decent service. Keep your money with US Bank if you like sitting on hold for an hour.

Generally I'm a big fan of US Bank HOWEVER, when a larger deposit for a very long good standing customer can take up to 14 days to clear, the risk of clogging up cash flow is very real! In 2023, especially when the transaction is coming from a larger financial institution, validation and release of funds should be mere moments, not hours, days or weeks! Frustrated customer experience for sure with real fees and costs stemming from this delay! This needs fixed!

I’ve had a US Bank account for 16 years. Since I’ve been able to have an account. This ONE GUY at this specific branch has messed up my account multiple times now. First we didn’t get my husband’s card. Then he cancelled MINE from MY personal account to reorder his card. Please be more careful and ask questions before you mess with peoples money

USBank is a joke from the top down. I’ve had my card flagged and shutdown for “fraud” 4 times in the last year, one time it left me stranded for 2 days. Every time, they were all valid everyday charges. You see, the fraud department isn’t about preventing fraud, it’s about generating revenue. The fees this bank charges for dealing with “declines” and “fraud codes”, far outweighs the cost of the “actual fraud” to begin with. They make money from the merchant through fees when the card is “declined”. On top of that, customers often blame the merchant, when they should actually be blaming the bank, causing the merchant to lose business. It’s highway robbery. When questioned, USBanks fraud Dept. will claim, “Humans are not in control of the fraud detection system, there is nothing that can be done about it.”Scary stuff. They aren’t in control of your money. Then there’s the maintenance fees. The withdrawal fees, they sneak in the AD&D insurance scam. They are stealing your money, they are not in control of your money. (Pro tip- if you live so many miles from a branch/ATM, you don’t have to pay the withdrawal fee. Your welcome ;) )You can’t deposit too much money without getting flagged, you can’t withdrawal too much money without them reporting it to the feds. You can’t really do anything with your money here. The little beggars behind the desk and at the window bray on about filling out deposits slips, hell no. I’m already paying you to steal my money, you kids fill it out. Free checking is a lie. The pens at the counters never work. What a dump. Can’t wear a hat. Can’t wear glasses. Good grief. They are going to require the mark of the beast before too long (They already do).Stay far away from this money laundering scheme these thieves call a “bank”.

The customer service provided by this bank is extremely poor, particularly by the employee with long hair. When he assisted my partner and her uncle, they immediately sensed a judgmental attitude from both employees working 04/21/23. The service was terrible, and the employee appeared to have a condescending demeanor, acting as if he was too superior to help anyone and exhibiting a discriminatory smirk.
