There atm never works and wen it does it just eats ur money. Wife put $250 in and it crashed and never made my deposit. Also corporate can be extremely rude and unprofessional.

Went here on my lunch break to make a couple of deposits for BF, went to drive thru because with covid surging I really do not like to go into businesses if I can avoid it. There was one car in the business lane, and me in the next lane. No other customers in drive thru. I put the checks and deposit slip in the carrier and sent them in. There were 2 people working the window. One was helping the first car, and the other was doing anything possible to not help me. Walking away from the window, bouncing around doing nothing. I usually have good luck at this branch, but after at least 8 minutes sitting in the drive thru with the free teller ignoring me I called in and asked her to send the checks back out. She was able to do that immediately with a smug smile on her face. I took them inside, walked up to the teller and she deposited them and I was out the door in 3 minutes. US bank, you need to teach your customer service people the meaning of customer service. No customer should ever be ignored for 8-10 minutes. This was at 1:00 on 8/12. I will go to a different branch next time.

Frequently the atm is not working at this location. This is the second time in the past 6 weeks that I have gone there Friday after work for cash, and it is not working. There is not another US Bank atm near me, so I have paid $3.50 foreign atm fees twice because theirs is not working. I really hate waiting in a long line for the atm and then finding out it's broke again!!
