I was late on a payment for my mortgage, no big deal, and tried to pay in online while I had enough money in my bank to pay it. but they didnt try to take the money the same day, they tried a day or two later. and ofc a credit card payment came out in that time so I was like 100 short so it just declined, annoying that they couldn't take the money the day I told them too but whatever. except now I have to pay via either check or money order for the next 3 payments which is extremely annoying, and something ive never had to deal with before. I dont even own a checkbook and ive never sent a peice of mail before.

I barely do any banking transactions in person now due to the convenience of online banking. However i have to do some transactions that I need to do in person and this particular branch has been amazing. The tellers here really do their job.

Very rude staff at this location. I hate U.S. Bank anyway because of this but our mortgage was sold to them so I've had to deal with them for years. If you absolutely have to work with U.S. Bank, I would urge you to go to any other branch but this one. If I had to guess this location will be closed before too long. Consumers have choices and being treated like crap does not bode well for them.

this is the closest, most convenient US Bank from my home & I have a business account with them. I go to deposit a check made payable to my business, and the teller lets me know they can’t accept insurance checks this way. I let them know I have literally been doing this the same way for 12 years and have never had an issue, and even just deposited one the other day at a different branch. the manager comes over to tell me the same thing & I ask him if this is a new policy. He says “it’s been this way for 20 years”. I then drive to a different branch where they happily accept my check & apologize for my experience at this branch. Might want to teach this guy what he’s doing, because clearly his customer service & even knowledge of his own CAREER makes for a pretty frustrating experience.

Why is this branch filled with RUDE tellers? The older white lady and older black guy at this location was very unprofessional today. No one was in the drive through, I was made to wait for 20 minutes and I was withdrawing from my account. I proceed to go inside just to be told I can get my check and card back. The lady had my money in the envelope and it was just sitting there as she was looking through my account. As if there was something wrong. I tell the branch manager, just for him to say the bank doesn't have enough money in their bank (which was un utterly lie because if you cannot cash a check for your customer then maybe someone else should run that location) and to insinuate that I'm old. No, what's old is everyone time I do need to go into this location, the elderly white woman has a problem and acts like she can't help me. Back in April I needed a paper notarized, and she tried to take my files in the back after saying "you printed these off ". Duh, what was I supposed to do? They were still official forms! I went to a different location. I called corporate but highly doubt they will do anything. Usbank is a good bank, if you steer clear of the branches and just do everything online or ar the ATM. They clearly can't hire people that aren't prejudice or that can count. Horrible.

Sat almost 30 minutes in the drive thru to do a change order . NEVER needed no info . I did try to call and set this up ahead of time bit couldn't get thru due to there phone issues. Get all the way there and they say they can't help me make 90$ worth of 5s. Unprofessional rude gentleman . I have never needed info to do a change order now all of a sudden you need all this information. Keep the rules the same every time otherwise what's the purpose of having rules??

I will never bank with US Bank in the future or recommend it to anyone. I’ve never had a great experience with any branch but this branch has been particularly frustrating and unhelpful. I cannot believe the amount of time I’ve wasted here. So glad I was able to go to a different branch in closing my account. And now I don’t have to worry about US Bank anymore!
