I visited again after manger reached out and I had phenomenal service from a young lady, I opened a savings account and couldn't be more pleased with the service.

I will never bank with US Bank in the future or recommend it to anyone. I’ve never had a great experience with any branch but this branch has been particularly frustrating and unhelpful. I cannot believe the amount of time I’ve wasted here. So glad I was able to go to a different branch in closing my account. And now I don’t have to worry about US Bank anymore!

Sat almost 30 minutes in the drive thru to do a change order . NEVER needed no info . I did try to call and set this up ahead of time bit couldn't get thru due to there phone issues. Get all the way there and they say they can't help me make 90$ worth of 5s. Unprofessional rude gentleman . I have never needed info to do a change order now all of a sudden you need all this information. Keep the rules the same every time otherwise what's the purpose of having rules??

Have gone twice only to be turned away with the pretext their change counter isn't working. I thought we were in a coin shortage? I'm very confused how this branch can operate without a necessary piece of equipment that is absolutely essential to their business. Business owners who run on a cash-based system? How are their accounts being handled. I was made to feel like coins are a nuisance and they just didn't want to deal with my problems. Overall this bank isn't very customer focused. Never answer the phone so I don't even know if machine is up and running. If i could give a negative rating i would. Not just because of the coin issue but their attitude in general

I received a letter from US Bank dated August 16, 2022, that finally addresses the issues I began encountering in January. If this letter would have been the first response I received, we would not have had these months of frustration. All of the previous correspondence has focused on what they claim was my failure to submit correct forms. This last letter finally addresses their provision of incorrect information to me, failure to send forms, and that there were ij fact recorded phone calls (which they previously "could not find"). I don't know why a business te4nds to deny any mistakes. I find it hard to believe that I am the only customer with these types of complaints. It is more likely that I may be the first to expose it in such detail with documentation. I am finished now, the acknowledgement of issues encountered is enough

A week or so ago I dropped into this bank to get a account transferred only to be told to make an appointment. I tried four times to make an appointment this branch and nobody answered the phone. According to Google this branch is only slightly busy. The services of this branch has deteriorated considerably over the last two years. If this goes on I'll be forced to close out my accounts and go to a more user friendly bank.

I needed to report my credit card lost and went to the 132nd & Maple branch to get help. I explained my predicament and without judgement or reprimand, Francisco Garcia Hernandez said if I had mobile banking on my cell, he could help me submit a request for a replacement card. He ably assisted me and I got the request completed quickly. That was awesome service!

Avoid US Bank! They changed the fees on our account form $0 to $25 and we did not notice for months. It resulted in a loss of hundreds of dollars for us. The amount was more than the cash my wife received for her birthday or the amount of crafts she sold at a craft fair. She deserved that money and the bank just took it. We/she had the account for 7 years and without a phone call, email, or notification in the app, they just changed the fees. I recommend avoiding US Bank and go with a local bank or credit union. These big banks always get you one way or another!

HORRIBLE customer service!! sitting in line in the drive thru and had clearly arrived well before noon when they close on Saturday, two cars ahead of us waiting which took forever, while waiting we moved over to the shorter line so they could get us through…get to the window as the last car and the completely rude window teller refused to help us saying they were closed it was 12:06 (I was making a simple cash deposit and had been in line waiting the whole entire time! Definitely lost my business!!
