I travel 25 minutes across town to see Erin at Lakeside in Omaha, and it’s absolutely worth it. I left Verizon due to terrible customer service, rising prices, and declining service quality. Erin, always helps me and takes care of everything that I need with my phone situation. This time , i've heard a brand new phone and accessories, but there's only one thing that I'm not happy with. I bought a self charging unit and the ring that goes on the phone and the ring does not stay on the back of the phone, in order to connect to the self charging unit. It needs to have stronger glue or something to attach to the phone. Because the self adhesive does not work worth a darn. I have had to put glue to make it stick to the phone. But trying to call customer service is a pai in the butt.

This is more a review for USCellular in general, but since this is where our account was setup, I'll place it here. DO NOT switch to this company. Their in store people are nice, but anytime you have to deal with anyone on the phone you are going to have a horrible experience. They do not care about the customers at all and regularly give false information. Their billing is ridiculous and they don't take ownership of their own mistakes.
