Telling an elderly man to walk to a different store to use the bathroom was uncalled for. Let alone the employees who had no idea what the hell they were doing then implied the elderly man was homeless? What is wrong with your employees? At the very least at least the manager made it right, but I can't fathom a bigger rating.
This is for the 72nd and dodge location only. The other one is amazing. Do better.

Walked into this location and was quickly reminded that racism still does exist ! From the time I step foot into the store I was being racially profiled by the employees that were sitting in the store and especially by “Anna”. I was barely greeted and looked at by “Anna” with a distasteful, nasty attitude as if she did not want to help us as far as service. I repeatedly kept asking for service and was denied because of the color of my skin which is unfair. To be treated as if I am not a human being and not welcome because of my skin color and who I am is unacceptable and this store should be held liable for the unfair practices that are bestowed based on the employees working here. When I was denied service the employees kept looking At each other like I was a threat or as if I don’t belong in the store. I asked for further assistance from customer service and was denied every single time with no explanation as to why ! I do not recommend my people of color to go into this location because US Cellular does not care to provide us with equal service like everyone else !

We had a wonderful experience at dodge location. Addison helped us get the best deal and explained everything so well. Very friendly and kind. I would definitely recommend and we will go back again.

I love this location, joined the us cellular family here. They are very welcoming and understanding of their services. Got me on a great plan and got me the new S24 ultra with ease. They transferred all my info from my old phone and provider. Heather the agent that helped me, even told me about the zfold and flip and how bad they are. I wanted the 24 anyway I had a 22 ultra so its a heck of a upgrade. Happy to be apart of US Cellular.

I went to UScellular to change carriers, they offered us a perfect plan for us. Pay for line activation and everything that is done at the beginning of changing companies. Then I received an email with the amount I was going to pay and the price was triple the amount I was going to pay monthly. In a few words they lied to me that I was going to pay little and it was not like that...

We recently moved our business phones from uscellular to Verizon. The experience was agonizingly slow and extremely frustrating. I talked to 6 representatives and 2 mangers. I got several different stories and all assured me I was done working with uscellular. Several of our employees were without service for days as I talked to them again and again. The last manager went through the bill with me but was condescending and occasionally rude. She did not want to address all my concerns at the end of the call saying she had been through the bill and I wasn't getting any more money off. Which was not what I wanted. I wanted to recap and make sure she understood my concerns. She did not want to do that. The bill is confusing so if you are a uscellular customer I would carefully go through the 13 pages to make sure you are understand and are being properly charged. I was told 3 times that you pay ahead for service this is not true you are billed ahead at the beginning of the month but you do not pay for it until the end of the month. Worst customer service experience I've ever had.

After years with struggling through poor cell phone service with T Mobile going to US Cellular was a breath of fresh air. Heather helped me and my son get new phones and our service switched over pretty quickly. She was very nice to us, helpful, and knowledgeable. I highly recommened going to see her at this location and switching to US Cellular. I wish I would have done this years ago. Thank you so much!!

The store in Papillion NE lied to us about the cost of a phone and we ended up owing a ton of money. Prices are way to high and they try to sneak in charges on every bill. Ridiculous. I now pay $45/mo for 3 lines through another carrier and am much happier.
