They marked that they attempted to deliver a package without actually attempting to deliver it. So they mark it ready for pick up. I drive to the post office. It is not actually ready for pick up so I have to go again tomorrow to pick it up.
On top of this, we have had issues with receiving our mail for years. We constantly receive other people's mail after several attempts to stop it.

These USPS people in Omaha are not by any means smart, they never get stuff moving or done on time.i paid for priority plus for my package to be here 3 days max and now a week later and found out my package from California went 5 hours past Omaha to Des Moines Iowa for 2 days it sat there now in Omaha it's been sitting and sitting at distribution center now I can't go pick it up cause it's not open to the public lol lasttime I use these idiots.

I mailed package last Fri. IT has passed its destination several times? Sent pictures of my deceased brother to his kids who never met. Tracking is impossible, phone# to call is worthless. Get paid a lot of money to screw people.

This distribution center has either held up, lost, or redirected half a dozen packages that were sent to me. One particular package has been held up now for a week. What is going on with this place!? Had to rate one star just to post a review. Not even worth one star. Horrible to deal with.

My brother posted an important doc for me on Monday and he informed me that it was gonna arrive on Thursday of the same week, which it didn't arrive. I don't know the reason behind the lag, but it wasn't available for me which is crucial for me at that time. Hope you guys rectify those things out. Thanks

I paid for fast shipping for a gift for my partners birthday to arrive on his birthday. That day has gone and passed and the package still has not left the post office in Omaha. I’m beyond angry that I paid so much money for expedited shipping and the package seems to have gotten lost in their small building. USPS really makes it hard to appreciate their services. They take our tax money and still charge us incredible sums of money to send anything? And they want support of the citizens to not have their funding cut? Long lines, dingy building, and horrible shipping service. The only thing that makes this place 2 stars is the people who work there are very nice.

Delivery driver marked package undeliverable without making any delivery attempt at all. I was home, within a few feet of the door, there's easy unimpeded access to my townhouse, and no reason whatsoever they couldn't make the same deliveries they make on a near daily basis.

My package stated in usps possession for about 2 days in Omaha. Then it finally got to a package sorting center and took another 3 days to make it to the distribution center. It finally shipped out of omaha today. 5 days after usps got possession of the package in omaha has it finally been shipped out of omaha to the next facility. I have other packages that are shipping from PA and they made it into Isa in 2 days. Omaha is a 6 hour round trip from my location. Not sure why they are so slow. I'm very glad my tax payer money goes to something as poorly ran as this.

I had a small package to mail today and swung in here to do that. Richard, Clerk 41, was extremely pleasant and helpful. He was the only one working the counter when I walked in. I only had to wait for him to finish up with the customer he was currently assisting and BAM! just like that it was my turn. Richard seemed to be genuinely happy providing incredible customer service. He made my day!

This location has a self-service quiosk and their lobby is open 24/7. They offer PO Boxes, which is an extra opportunity for them to spam you with unsolicited mail. After the COVID shutdown, the recycling bins did not come back - small bump on the recycling journey. Every time I used their mailing services, the mail clerks were helpful and friendly.
