This place is a joke , had my mail held ( OFFICIAL VA MAIL) AND CALLED 3 TIMES TO INFORM THEM I WOULD BE PICKING IT UP , I GET THEIR APPARENTLY IT WAS DELIVERED AND YET I HAVENT RECEIVED IT!! RUDE MANAGER, NON-EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, WORTH THE DRIVE TO GO ELSEWHERE!!

The worst post office ever. The manager is not very helpful whatsoever. To manage complaints it's best to go over his head and contact a regional supervisor. Mail carrier will sometimes lose mail or return mail unbeknownst to you and claim you have no mail. Packages sometimes are delayed, and Informed Delivery is almost mandatory otherwise you will never know what is going on. Even when shipping with a guaranteed delivery time packages never seem to get processed and tracking will not update accurately.

My son never received a package I sent ... I misplaced my receipt so no tracking number. I went in to see if I had the day, the time and the amount ... if the transaction could be brought up to get the tracking number. No, only the same person who was working that day can look it up and he's not in. This seems bizarre in our tech world. So, if he dies in a car wreck ... thats, that. No one else can look it up. Really?

Do not bother to go there close to closing, although there is still 10 minutes to closing, they would not help you, cause they are too busy counting their register !!! They don’t even listen to you. Extremely rude and ask you to come another day. Also if you plan to send a package they show you the most expensive option, don’t even bother to ask you what you are sending, how urgent it is, etc. You end up paying half of what they quote you if you drive to another location. People who hates their job this much should not be in customer service related industries!

My visits to the USPS office have been frequent, and I must say I've consistently been pleased with the warm and helpful nature of the staff. Their customer service has made my experiences there quite enjoyable.

5 stars for how hard the few ladies up front work and how polite and informative they are. 0 stars for the lazy chatty guys in the back who never help when it’s busy over lunch. Also 0 stars to whoever creates the schedule. You need at LEAST 2 workers staffed up front over lunch hour.

I lifted a mail hold I had Wednesday, September 27, 2023 and I have received no mail at my home since about a week. I am expecting bills in the mail! I have Covid now and not able to run back to Post Office to collect mail the Post Office obviously is holding ransom.Please deliver my mail.

I live at 2216 Frances str #55, for a week now the postman has been throwing letters from 53 square meters into my mailbox, every day I have to take letters home to my neighbor, please be more careful

Only has 1 drop box, that you can't reach if you're in a car. If I have to get out of the car to pick up the dropped mail, I might as well go inside. Defeats the whole purpose.

Fast and Friendly.The drive thru drop off box is located at the exit, of the front door parking entrance. Approximately the southwest corner of the building. I hope that helps.

Waited on package . Went to track the package and it said they ATTEMPTED to deliver, which was a Lie. I took the day off and my door is 3ft from couch. There was NO delivery. Wow
