Tried to call to let them know that a package was dropped off at the wrong address, never got to report or speak to a living person. Would give e zero stars if I could.

I was at this location at 2:20 today. There were a few customers ahead of me, all with loads of things to send out. The gentleman at the window was extremely pleasant with everyone, getting their needs taken care of with a perfect combination of speed and kindness. While working, he told a gentle joke to each person, never failing to smile. It seemed like he was in his happy place.
For as long as the line was, I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. I was impressed with the speed of the gentlemen, his attitude, and they had exactly the stamps I was hoping to get. Very pleased with this location and employee.

Terrible customer service compared to other USPS locations. Man would not help print my label at all, made me go outside to my car to go through the trouble to make a USPS account and make a label on their app/website to get a QR code. They are perfectly capable of printing labels on their computer and charging me there. What happened to any customer service at all? The man didn’t even want to put a little extra tape on my box. I know they’re government employees but that was such an awful experience I’ll ship private next time.

The delivery people they suck. Um twice it has happened to me including today 6/20/24 at 4:30pm.There is no reason that the delivery people can't bring me my package to my apartment door, but instead they drop it off in the lobby so any body can take it. If it was on the other foot I would take the package to the there door. Don't worry I will be calling bright and early when it opens at 8:30. To track down my package.

Package jammed into mailbox.
Package contained powdered medication that was leaking. Took 1 hour to remove. Someone needs to fix this!! Less than one star.

I think all usps employees are over paid!!!. They don’t do a good job at all!! They lie and say it’s been delivered. When it hasn’t been!! They should all be fired. And higher employees that can do the job!!!!!

Best post office in Omaha by far. Never a long line and if there is, the employees are sure to make it go by quickly! Tim in specific is the absolute best. He is SO helpful and the sweetest guy around. Always ready to help you find the best deal if shipping has cost. Love this location and love the employees. 10/10

Beautiful building, helpful nice employees and I have yet to encountera long line. I live in Iowa and have a usps just blocks up the street but would rather wait until I'm in Omaha for work to mail anything especially since this location is so nice.
