Born and raised here in Florence, been coming here for a long time and the service has only gone downhill, today I walked in at 2:35 (they are back from lunch at this time) and nobody was at the front desk, and nobody came to the front desk for 15 minutes! A lined formed behind me and I’m surprised none of the employees heard the door open and close as it has a bell on it. All the while I could hear two people casually talking in the back, if I could hear them I’m sure they could hear me and others walk in. Poor service.

Worst customer service experience ever. Walked in at 5:15pm with an international package. Waited in line with completed customs form. Once it was my turn, employee told me I'd have to come back 20 minutes sooner. She stated " it'll take me awhile to type in that information and we close at 5:30pm ". Complete garbage !!

Every time I go in there - I am always greeted with great service and a conversation. This is my go to post office whenever I need to mail something because of the great service I always get!

This post office has a lunch hour that starts at 1:15 each weekday. Fine. But if you come at 1:00, especially with a few packages, be prepared to hear grumbling and to be quizzed about what's in your package--not the usual dangerous substances question either. I mail books. The clerk always squeezes my packages and asks me if it's a book and if I'm the author, etc. What business is it of theirs? "Thanks," I said. "I'll come back later." She almost didn't give my package back. You can't have it both ways. You can't complain about having to do your job and then not give back a package. Lesson learned! Enjoy your lunch. I'll never be back.

quite possibly the laziest, most irresponsible, unprofessional employees ever to hold jobs. An embarrassment to the U.S. Postal Service.

I had to send back a package with no return label. Lady behind the desk to care of my needs very quickly. USPS is easier than using ups on the web for label!
