The passport acceptance process is broken. They only allow you to schedule 1 month out, on a single day. Then, it doesn't show which timeslots are available and it has canceled my 4 requests stating the time is not available (but not offering or showing which times are available).
Second, when calling to address the issue or schedule via phone, it rings to a dead line and my call was not answered.

Since I've moved to Omaha I've been going to this location to send out international packages to my family.i can say not all of the employees are bad.but the days that I have a package and the person behind the counter has rude and unprofessional comments towards me.it makes me dread going to this location.i try my best to go on times this woman is not in office but...my work schedule don't allow me that comfort. It only takes one person to make a place unpleasant.
Frustrating for this to be happening seeing it isn't a young person who is acting rude/careless. Sad how, as humans, some people abuse their seniority in their work places forgetting the purpose of their jobs in the first place.BE KIND! you have no idea how your actions affect the people around you, especially the customers

If you're thinking about going here for a "walk-in" passport, "walk-in" to them means you can line up an hour early, which is total BS. We showed up when "walk-ins" started at 10am and they were already full for their 1-hour window. Incredibly rude woman behind the counter said that we needed to be there at 9am for "walk-ins". How in the world would anyone know that?! Ridiculous.

May as well not even be a passport facility. All their signage OUTSIDE says "Limited Walk Ins" but all the HANDWRITTEN signs inside say No Walk Ins. All this despite the fact the place is dead, nobody inside. Even the USPS website says Walk Ins 10-11am, but forget it, they'll turn you away if you don't have an appointment.
If you're planning to get a passport in Omaha, better make sure you budget an extra month to wait for your appointment.

Would not allow walk ins because they were “short staffed” but there was nobody in the building but workers. The lady was extremely rude and there was no reason to not allow walk ins. Go elsewhere if you don’t want to waste your time.

Peggy was absolutely amazing in getting our passport applications sorted and submitted. Kirk was great in processing our application. He even advised me on credit card charges that would apply so I could save a few dollars. We walked in worried we wouldn’t be getting our passports processed that day and walked away so relieved and accomplished. Our renewal even showed up in two weeks! Thank you so much to Peggy and Kirk. You made the whole experience so easy and painless. Thank you for all your help!

Go in to renew my passport, went online and filled out the forms ahead of time. Got here and got my picture taken and paid for the processing fee, picture, envelope, and postage and away it goes. Kirk made it super easy and was super helpful.
