I'm a truck driver who went to the post office to make an Amazon delivery. I left after the unpleasant experience of saying good morning twice and not getting a response. The two employees who greeted me weren't busy; they were paying attention to me when I greeted them. It's unbelievable that people with such poor formal manners work at a federal institution.

These guys will not deliver to my mailbox and drop off in a amazon hub. Where i have no access to my mail. When I reported this the operator was rude and said thats what it it is not my problem. Even though this is an illegal action they do. People report this, you have a right for your mail to be delivered to you and to have access to your mail.

Worst PO in the country. Don't believe me, just go there. If you want a chance of receiving even a portion of your mail you will have to go there. After being there every other day for a couple months I noticed that when you make a reasonable and obvious complaint about how things are going, the counter staff will agree with you by indicating it in every way except verbally. Why? I think it is because the postmaster's office is within ear shot. So in my view, there is your problem. He is obviously incompetent..and even the employees know it. Good luck!

Looking for a piece of mail my mother sent me from rehab. We haven’t spoken in six years and this is the first time she has tried to get sober. Mike told me that you’d think she would put the right name and address on the letter if she wanted to get it to me. Thank you Mike for the obvious and empathetic response. All I needed to know was what to do next not a review of what was done wrong.

This is my favorite post office to go to. The counter staff are great - they're friendly, fast, knowledgeable, funny - even when it's a busy season and there's no way to keep up with the volume. I haven't had a bad experience here yet. It's surprising to see any negative reviews, but it looks like some are misdirected.It always amazes me how many customers and staff here are on a first name basis with each other, and talk about recent things in Elkhorn. Like, I'm actually jealous of that.If I could use USPS for everything in my home business, I'd be here 6 days a week. Best PO in the area! ?

There is a great delivery man works at this facility, he has an incredible talent of delivering important mail, just not to you. However, believe it or not his accuracy of trash/junk/useless mail delivery is 100%. I mean he is so good at it, if he doesn't deliver trash mail to you he will go back and find that mail for you. Now, when it comes to delivering mail such as... I don't know... social security number, he just clothes his eyes and throw that mail at the random box. Because why would one want social security mail delivered to him? Wouldn't I prefer to go the social security office and waste couple of hours of my life just sitting and waiting? Yes, yes I would, according to that guy. Then they wonder why people hate USPS.

Spoke with a really nice representative when handling my issue but I do not seem to remember his name. Anyways, my package arrived at their facility a day after it was suppose to be delivered. When tracking the package, it stated 'wrong address' and was going back to sender. I looked at the address to ensure it was correct and to my surprise, it had the wrong zip code. When speaking with the representative about the issue, he was very professional and sympathetic about the situation. He stated since it was scanned that morning while attempting to deliver, he would put in a message to the facility about changing the zip code to the correct one. He added that they would only call me if they was an issue about changing the zip code... As of this morning, it is currently being sent back to sender. Postal service is a joke.

None of you have a clue. The USPS is being systematically dismantled by some congressional leaders so it can be sold to one of there cronies. If you think it’s bad now just wait a while. One more thing Dejoy the postmaster general will be among those trying to steal this from you

Have now delivered 6 packages in the last week, to find the put them at the wrong house, or never was delivered at all ( time that says they were dropped off, door bell camera says no one came at all a hour before the time or a hour after)

Called the post office today to ask if they located my package (3rd one they misplaced in the last month) Lady on the phone asked if I spoke with Mike previously and that he was waiting to hear back from carrier. I gave her the tracking number again and she said oh, its in your mailbox. I said ok, the last time you "forgot" to deliver it was on my front door step. She proceeded to hang up but didnt actually hang up - "You should probably check your mailbox before you call us, dont you think?!" NO! You should probably hang up the phone before talking sh**! You should also have called me back to tell me that you delivered the package 6 days later! You should also quit LOSING MY PACKAGES!!!!!!!!!!!

Completely useless, I've had multiple packages delivered to my house and then all the sudden my address is inadequate.... I don't know why USPS exist, they lose money yearly and they can't even deliver your mail...

Probably the best post office in Omaha - the people working are actually smart, fast, and aren't jerks!
