We have had trouble with our mail getting delivered to us as well as inform delivery stating that we have mail that supposed to be in our mailbox and is not. We also are receiving a ton of mail from previous owners and have requested many of times to stop sending us their mail.

I just stopped in the Boys Town post office yesterday and as always all the employees were super pleasant and friendly. There was no line when I was in there but in the past the lines always run fast. There is something about this post office where everyone there employees and guests are almost always in a good mood maybe the clients understand the history and significance of Boys Town and feel something special being there, maybe.

I had the most unpleasant visit at this USPS. I was sending out a letter to my husband in the military and the lady just threw my letter backwards and it landed on the floor and from what I saw didn't even consider picking it up. Utterly rude.

I have not been getting all of my mail. Very frustrating since its a debit card and I should have received it by now. I just moved here and Ive changed my address at the bank. I did not do a change of address form because I don't get a lot of mail. Didn't think it would matter and frankly I didn't want to do one. Im sick of government overreach. So, I tried to do it online. Of course it was a hassle and and I ended up having to go to the Post Office in person. The lady at the Post Office in person was rude to me, I think because my ID didn't match my address, but so what. I had a piece of mail that I did receive with the new address on it from a Utility Company. She said it wouldnt work on line because my ID didn't match. Well I didn't put my ID anywhere on line, it wasn't asked for, so that was a blatant lie. Now its the weekend and I still don't have my debit card, I won't be able to get any money because I need a debit card to do that over the weekend and I have bills that come out that are using that debit card number and they are getting denied.
Lady I talked to at customer service on the phone said it shouldn't matter as long as the bank has my new address and sent it here. She was very nice.
Edited to add, I found out the mail carrier had been returning my mail instead of delivering it. That has caused me all sorts of problems and I also found out it is NOT a law that I HAVE to put a change of address form in. They should not have been returning my mail. What a nightmare my move has turned into.
Update, still have not received ANY mail!!!! Nothing, nada. No debit card. Ended up having to cancel that one and ordering another one which is being Fed Exed to me. NIGHTMARE

USPS is insanely incompetent. Marked that my package was delivered at my mailbox and there is literally nothing in my mailbox. No key or note or anything. The government should figure something else out because this ain’t it.

I consistently get mail not belonging to me. The house numbers are the same but the street name is nowhere similar to my street name. The first few times I drove around the corner and put the misdelivered mail in the right box. After that I started learning the mail in My box with a note to take it to the correct address. One time the guys 401k statement was delivered to my house. I wonder how many pieces of my mail I have not received because of a similar mistake

On Sat 29th 2024 One of the lady from the staff was very disrespectful and unprofessional. She treated me really bad after she noticed I had an accent, since I’m hispanic. Also, didn't explained correctly the different options I had, and she offered one of the most expensive ways to send my package. This is the first time I get treated like this in Omaha! even private bussiness are less racist than this woman that works for such a big agency. IF I COULD GIVE IT 0 START I WOULD.

Lost items within a package from my Dad who lives halfway across the country. Got the box but not the items. On top of that it costed $15 for him to ship. Will never know what was in it. Very unhappy and disappointed.

This location by far has the worst carriers and staff in Omaha. Never have I had so many issues or recieved worse postal service anywhere i've lived.
