I recently visited the Verizon store on a busy Saturday afternoon and was immediately greeted upon entry. Despite being occupied with other customers, David took a moment to inquire about my needs and assured me he would assist me shortly. Even as the sole employee managing multiple customers, David demonstrated remarkable kindness and patience. I came in to open a new phone line for my son and explore available deals. Through a thoughtful discussion, David helped identify the perfect phone for our situation, even comparing pricing options as I deliberated. He courteously informed me of an upcoming appointment but reassured me not to worry when I inadvertently extended my visit. David communicated with the waiting customer and generously offered to stay late to accommodate them. After the store closed at 7 p.m., David called me at 8:56 p.m. to finalize my iPad transaction, staying two hours beyond closing time to ensure every customer was looked after. His dedication and integrity were truly impressive.
The following day, I noticed a 36-month payment plan for the device and returned to the store for clarification. Waylon greeted me warmly and promised to assist once available. During a brief pause in his duties, he took the time to understand my billing confusion and professionally explained that the fourth phone line was free, clarifying that iPads were not included in this benefit. His professionalism and patience were commendable.
After discussing the situation with my husband, I found myself confused again and returned on Monday. Waylon remembered me and, when there was a pause in assisting another customer, took the time to address my concerns once more. He kindly clarified that the new phone line included a free iPhone device, but I still have to pay for the phone services because it's not the fourth phone and assured me that the billing would soon reflect this accurately. Throughout, Waylon’s friendly demeanor and willingness to help made the experience exceptional.

WHAT happened to this store? It used to have a young female manager, great associates, good help. The kid I worked "with" today is so rude - I will never go back. Is there a corporate number to call and explain a concern for them?

Cory 👎🏻 Incredibly rude and disrespectful.
I don’t know why so many Verizon store employees have to have a chip on their shoulder. I always receive better service by calling the customer service number.
