After being a personal use customer for several years, I went in to upgrade my phone, and was introduced to a business representative who claimed I would save a lot of money by converting my personal account into a business account. What sounded great verbally, turned into a complete nightmare after the fact.After the promotions expired, my monthly payments for charges almost doubled. When I went back to the representative who initially assisted me, it was crystal clear they were commission-driven, and were only there to make sales. They refused to meet with me to go over it, and referred me to the 800 number as my sole contact for any changes or clarifications that needed to made. Like many tech companies, their customer service is outsourced overseas. This made it challenging and took hours to try and correct.I would tell others to never make the change from personal to business service. Lots of promises made on promotions attached to your bill that expire, and there is absolutely no savings.

So they charge me 19.99 just to put in my Password and I was going to get charged this no matter what. Then charge 11.00 extra for my phone. And they say it's a convenience fee for not waiting in line. To they taking 31.00 from every costumer for what. This is one creasing why I hate 3rd party retail stores.
