Staff is knowledgeable and courteous. Also, pricewise, this was the most economical.

Edit: I went to America’s best and had a new trial pair in 10 days. They fit amazing and I actually got called when they came in!Save your time and money and go ANYWHERE else. I went in for a new contact prescription and was told I HAD to get a prescription for both glasses and contacts ( I don’t know if this is common practice or not). Fine whatever I’ll pay for both. Trail pair of contacts come in and I can’t see a damn thing. They were uncomfortable to wear for more than a few mins and blurry. Called back and had a new appointment set. Was told by the doctor that I should be able to see just fine. Sorry don’t know what to tell you. This is what they are doing. So the doctor orders me two new pairs of trials to find out which ones work best. 1 pair comes in ( that I have to call and find out myself a month later). They feel ok, but my vision is blurry close up, my dash is uncomfortable to look at and my computer screen for work is difficult to see. I guess I’ll just wait until my other pair comes in and try again. I have glasses after all. Months go by, original appointment was June:July. Finally call back yesterday and after forever speaking to a machine I get someone in offsite customer service. She was helpful and checked on the contacts. Was told they were in. Went back today on my lunch break and the little old lady behind the desk can’t find them. Checks computer and says she doesn’t see an order for a second trial pair. I told her not to worry because I am done with this place. Already spent plenty of time and money for a worthless prescription. Go see any other place. Maybe a shady guy in an alley, would probably be better.

I would recommend my friends and family to Carol and Mark in a heart beat. They are very friendly and very helpful with anything that you need. Thank you so much for the Great friendly experience at your store. And thank you so much for working with me with my appointment with my schedule. Carol and Mark are THE BEST!

I wish I could give ZERO stars!- First of all, the NOBODY likes to talk to a computer!!!!! How about they pretend to care about their customers and actually have a polite and competent human answer the phone?!?!?- Second, I drive across town and arrive early, only to have an older lady at the front desk tell me that "their technician called in sick."- Third, she falsely stated that she called me and left a message. There were no missed calls on my cell phone and certainty NO MESSAGES!I booked with Midwest Eye Care Center and spoke to a kind, polite, helpful, kind, and knowledgeable lady who promptly booked an appointment for me. I will ALWAYS go to Midwest Eyecare, and I suggest you do too!

My son's glasses broke this morning when he went to put them on. I sent him over to this location as we purchased his glasses there 18 months ago. After waiting in the store for almost 40 minutes, one of the staff finally asked him why he was there. My son explained that his glasses needed repair. The staff member didn't even look at his glasses and told him to come back tomorrow because they are "too busy" today. According to the website and the infomercial you have to listen to when they place you on hold it clearly states "no appointment necessary for basic repairs" which are covered for the life of your glasses with purchase of warranty. The staff member never said that he needed an appointment and they didn't attempt to schedule an appointment, however what is to say that they will not be "too busy" again tomorrow and we have a repeat of today? Unfortunately my son needs his glasses to function and given that glasses do not break on a schedule, the very least they could have done was look at his glasses, assess the situation and refer him to another location after confirming (via phone call) that they could help him. This type of customer service is exactly why I have moved other family members in the past 18 months to a non-Visionworks/Eye Masters optical business for eye glasses. To keep my business, you have to earn my business.

This place is always over an hour behind on appointments. Last 2 times was 2 hours. Today, appointments were 1p and 1:20p for my son and it 2:09 and still have not did the exams. Unable to do anything else until exams are done.

Went in to get my glasses adjusted (tightened) as they started to slip down my nose. Person working there obviously was not trained properly to make adjustments. First she made them looser, then moved the ear bend up so they wouldn't even reach my ear. When I pointed that out, she moved them back but then kept bending the earpiece of the frames the opposite direction than I was telling her I needed. After 15 minutes of this I finally just gave up on her, as I was worried she was going to damage my frames. Will need to go elsewhere now to get them fitted properly.

Ordered contacts over a month ago. No contact. Tried to call them to get an order update and couldn’t get a hold of anyone. Never using this location again.

This use to be a really good location earlier this year. Now they have new staff and poor customer service. Don't care if you go somewhere else or not. I will not go back.

Hate giving bad reviews, but this place deserves it. Came to Omaha and realized I forgot my glasses. Had to find a place where they can make same day lenses. Found LensCrafters and talked to Joe. All I had to do is to get my eye exam and he'll take care of it. Got an appointment at Visionworks at 5:20 P.M since this is the closest place to my in-laws. I had a hard time finding it bc GPS kept saying I've arrived and still couldn't find it. I called and the condescending lady on the phone answered "it's in the mall!" She talked like I was from here (idk how she got this job dealing with ppl) and didn't tell me where the store is exactly at in the mall. I walked in and had a hard time finding this place (again I'm not from here so I'm not familiar with the place). 8 mins past my appointment (5:28 P.M.) and the same lady (I recognized the voice from the phone) told me it was too late to see the optometrist. What??? 8 mins too late and I can't get my eye exam??? And all they (her and this so-called eye doc) were doing is chit-chatting at the front desk. She also said my apt was at 5:15 P.M. , which is a LIE. I got a reminder via text and email that it was 5:20, not 5:15 P.M. They must hate their jobs and just wanted to go home. This happened on Thursday, 10/20/22. Please avoid this Visionworks like the plague!!!
