Their billing department is lousy. I sent the payment to the only address they gave on the bill and it was returned to me. The bill had no phone number. When I googled it the web site gave wrong information. I feel badly for older people trying to get a hold of them.

The care my Mom received from the VNA when she was stricken with two brain tumors/non Hodgkin's lymphoma was unparalleled. The caregivers were kind, thoughtful, intelligent, and compassionate. Highly recommend.

About Visiting Nurse Association (VNA)
Visiting Nurse Association serves those who are marginalized in our community by providing healthcare and supportive services to those who are uninsured or unable to access assistance. This includes nurses in every local homeless and domestic violence shelter, school nurses, home health and hospice, parenting support, and physician-directed mother/child services. VNA also has an infusion pharmacy serving home health and hospice patients through local partnerships. Under the umbrella of VNA, Easterseals Nebraska serves the disability community through camp/recreation, AgrAbility, and workforce development.
