I waited over an hour and a half to talk 2 a pharmacist. A member of the pharmacy staff was rude in a separate incident. this is my least fav walgreens.

They shorted me a 1/3 of my prescription. They fixed it for me but I went days without it.
Called midday for prescription they said it’s in stock and they’d get it ready. Called again before close and it wasn’t ready. The next day one prescription was ready but my most important prescription was out of stock.
Clearly understaffed and overworked.

Scott had been very helpful and accommodating. He went out of his way to help me cut down the price of my prescriptions using the Rx savings finder. Cut the price of my pharmaceuticals by 75% ! He stayed calm and helped calm me down. Good man! Thanks, Scott!

Pharmacy sucks so bad that we switched to the nearby Bakers. They gave us the wrong number of pills on several occasions and misplaced our medication and said that we came and picked it up (???).
The store? This store is ghetto. Like really ghetto. It's the dirtiest Walgreens in the city. The employees are rude... Last time I was in there, the cashier said literally nothing to us. I spoke to him, but he didn't say anything back. I've purchased eye drops here and they were expired ($20!). Their employees are too busy face timing, live streaming, and listening to their earbuds to care at all. They might as well close this place. It really went downhill after Covid and haven't been able to keep decent staff, since.
My wife and I both agreed we won't be returning. The 50th and Center location and the one in Council Bluffs are both 24 hours and have much, much better service.

This is by far the worst pharmacy in all of Omaha. With how much of their stuff comes from central fill I don't get how they can ALWAYS be so behind. The staff that works back there are rude and completely unprofessional. They don't know what is going on half the time and can't give any help to solve any kind of issues. They are poorly trained and poorly mannered. I have had refills go missing on prescriptions. Insurance "not being accepted" when my insurance has spoken to them directly. It's the worst place to go. Their drive through has no sense to it. The inside line goes all the way back to the front half of the store at times. It's just a complete mess all around. Definitely pick a different location than this one.

Waited 20+ minutes in the pharmacy drive-thru. Staff helped several in-store customers during my wait time and never once acknowledged me. Left without being assisted.

This location has been steadily going downhill. They used to have great Halloween decor and now have almost nothing and half of that is just candy. The pharmacy is getting really bad. Since they started outsourcing their refills in order to provide better customer service the service has gotten worse. The lines are longer and slower. They used it as an opportunity to reduce staffing. And they often forget to give you all the prescriptions you have waiting for you. And they have stopped notifying you when your prescriptions are ready. I did not request auto refill and yet they have started doing auto refill. I did not request to have all my prescriptions bundled together so they are refilled at one time. I get most of mine done on a 90 day rotation and I had them at different points along that spectrum so I spread out spending the money over many different paychecks and then they started lumping them all together. I'm pissed off that they made those changes without my permission. The overall service in the entire store is much worse than it used to be. They no longer have nice displays for the newly released make-up for each season. It is now scattered around the back half of the store and the front of store displays are usually for crappy items or junk items.

Littlerly worst walgreens I've ever been in. Usually dirty, pharmacy is slow and understaffed and unable to process medications same day most of the time.Do better Walgreens!
