I had a prescription sent here, a very common prescription. When I arrived, I was told it was on back order and no Walgreens in the area had it. They told me I could call other pharmacies and if I found the medication, I could call them back and they could transfer it. I called Hy Vee, my wife called CVS and both places had it. Both places also said, "don't worry, we'll call Walgreens to transfer it, you don't have to do that." Now THAT is good customer service and good management that has key medications available. I have to suggest not using Walgreens as your pharmacy.

These guys....just say no! Even after checking my ID, they gave me the wrong prescription that was prescribed for someone else. To even top it off, the medicine they gave me was a highly strong narcotic. So in conclusion, if you have a death wish, come here.Don't say I didn't warn you!!

I keep getting notices that my prescriptions are ready in a town thousands of miles away for medications that are not mine. Go home Walgreens, you're drunk.

This pharmacy continuously closes their drive thru early and with no advance notice. I went to the store yesterday a 6:15 pm and they had a homemade cardboard sign saying the drive thru is closed. We are immunocompromised and can't come in the store. I've notified corporate several times and it just keeps happening. I am transferring all of my family's prescriptions elsewhere.

If I could give less than one star, I would. The pharmacy technicians are obviously unskilled, not qualified and for lack of a better term certified idiots. Not only did they not ask if my insurance or address had changed (they both did) they failed to notify me that only one of my two prescriptions were filled because of insurance problems. I gave them a discount card and they still ran it through insurance. Why would some WANT to pay 5x more than they have to? Absolutely ridiculous.

Don't bother with this store-it is staffed with lazy, inept people. Tyler, a manager is a complete mess. Chronically understaffed, rude staff...do yourself a favor go elsewhere.

This location is very understaffed. The drive-thru wait in the afternoon/evenings has been 30 to 60 minutes. I get boxed in and can't leave. If I go in, there is no clear cut line to stand in and after a 30 minute wait last time, one of the people working in the pharmacy yelled there should only be 1 line and there was no order about it. Everyone jumped in front of me. Tensions were already high so I had to just leave. Mistakes have been pretty consistent too (in the pharmacy)

Walgreens is a terrible organization. They cannot adequately serve their clientele. I think they are understaffed, underpaid, and undertrained. I would NEVER use Walgreens unless left with no choice, but that's exactly what happened. I needed pain medicine after a hospital visit for a foot injury, and they were the only pharmacy open. I have been screwed 5 times In The last year at the one on 30th and Dodge. Every time I do business with them they fail miserably. They never make any effort to redeem themselves. They do not care. I feel like I am unable to adequately express my disgust with Walgreens without using profanity. The worst words in the English language are needed to describe the pitiful excuse for a pharmacy. I will do everything I can for the rest of my life to help destroy the reputation of this price-gouging garbage dump. That said: I already knew I was going to get screwed before I walked in the door. They shorted me on Hydrocodone. I guess that's what happens when you pay 3 people peanuts to serve fifty-thousand customers a day. Either that or one of the employees is stealing one here and one there to feed his/her addiction. The point is, I need it and I paid for it so FORK It over. YOU SUCK!

The lady at the drive thru is very rude and unprofessional. Asked me a question and when I tried to reply sat the phone down while I was still speaking. Was told the prescription would be ready but when I came for pick up was told it wasn't even requested to be refilled. I will be switching to a different location or pharmacy all together. This rude customer service is a common occurance at this location.
