Walgreens Specialty Pharmacy is highly recommended as the best pharmacy in Omaha. The staff is friendly, helpful, considerate, and personable. Employees and pharmacists are very knowledgeable, show true concern, and are always willing to help. They are on top of medications, provide good explanations, and offer exceptional care. Small, meaningful actions, like using a preferred name and helping find discount codes, make a significant difference for customers.
I always try to use the specialty pharmacies when I get a chance. The hours aren't as flexible as the retail stores, but the lines are smaller and the service is fantastic.
