This rating only applies to the photo department, more than once I have had an order go through, say that it was getting completed, and given the time it would be ready. By the time I get there, thats when they decide to inform me that they don’t have the paper to print it. Both times I’ll asked for text updates on my order and was never informed until I drove all the way to the store. They’re only way to rectify the situation was just to tell me to go to a different Walgreens. Now I know not to order from this specific Walgreens.

I love the store, but the pharmacy has some of the rudest people working there. If you don't like to work with people or around people working in a pharmacy probably isn't it for you.

So I'm a Woman driver who uses their restrooms daily no issues until yesterday let me first say I have no issues with anyone but what I do have an issue with is a Man in a Woman's restroom using it! The door is always unlocked but this Manager locked it yesterday so that He could use the restroom since He identifies as a woman. I had no clue he was even in there i had another Woman associate open the door she was wondering why it was locked. Then I walk into a Man. According to the manager Kevin Walgreens stance is if they identify as a woman they should be able to use it. We'll I believe if your going to let a Man use the restroom signs should be clearly posted that is in fact a gender neutral restroom furthermore He should be cleaning the restroom because he leaves it absolutely nasty and disgusting I have also contacted corporate but I guess this ok well I won't ever shop or stop at this location again absolutely ridiculous

This store is not 24 hours. They don’t open until 9 AM and they close at 6 PM. I tried to call them to confirm they are 24 hours. Their automated response confirmed 24 hours. But when I showed up, the handwritten sign showed that they’re only open about 10 hours a day.

I order pictures all the time and walgreens on lake were absolutely amazing I picked up my pictures I had 2 orders. Took a minute to get both orders but they communicated with me while waiting waiting. Got home pictures didn't turn out like I hoped I called they they knew who I was told me to put in a new order and they be happy to fix them. So I did I picked them up and not only did they fix the approx 12 pictures out of 100 they re printed all of them. Thank you walgreens. ? I love having pictures to have for my children and to remember all the memories. And I appreciate everything. ?

Josie is a very nice and helpful always greets with a smile Courteous and respectful always enjoy seeing her when I go. Naomi was very helpful in answering questions I had about products and patient.

Management is very disrespectful not only to customers but also to vendors. I overheard the manager yelling to the chip guy for god knows what reason. Very disruptive to my shopping experience and no one deserves what that manager said.
